Cain felt annoyed when he saw tribespeople surrounding them.

He could not help roaring.

It instantly silenced the commotion.

Su Tang raised her head and glanced at Cain in surprise. The tiger was shockingly highly revered in the tribe.

For some inexplicable reason, Cain certainly enjoyed the female’s attention.

He stuck his chest out and told his tribe, “She was lost. She isn’t sick, and I will take care of her from now on!”

After a few seconds of silence, a huge commotion came!

“Since this female isn’t sick, she isn’t about to die!”

Su Tang looked at the people around her curiously. Were they animals too?

Since she could not transform into an animal, would they devour her because she was different?

She automatically shivered in fear.

Cain detected something amiss with her. He thought she was startled by the tribe, so he raised his hand and gestured for them to be quiet.

His dark, stern feline eyes scanned through the crowd as he said coldly, “She is my female!”

In a word, he made it clear there was no room for negotiation. Also, he sent out a clear warning to all the other males who had any thoughts about Su Tang.

“Owooo! Owooo!”

The beastmen waved a fist over their heads and jumped excitedly.

Despite the strange sight, Su Tang could sense that they were welcoming her.

She slowly relaxed, and a smile emerged on her face.

Just as everyone cheered exhilarated, a man covered in blood pushed through the crowd and ran inside.

“C-chief, we encountered a saber tooth tiger! Meng Ze is injured! His belly was sliced open, and he’s bleeding badly!”

Cain’s face turned grave as an intimidating aura radiated from him. It was an emergency, and he gave the orders methodically.

“Big Bear, take two men and carry Meng Ze to the stream. Take care not to touch his wound. Green Fruit, get Old Nick to go over and have a look.”

Both the beastmen left swiftly.

The rest of them went into a furor.

“Meng Ze was sliced open at the belly. Can he survive?”

“May the Beast God bless Meng Ze and ensure he makes it!”

“Since we don’t have a healer in the tribe, I don’t think Meng Ze will make it!”

Everyone spoke sadly.
