“Ch–Ch–Charlie…” he groaned, feeling his ribs protest. “You’re… stronger now. And hot as a damn forge.”

Realizing what she was doing, she let go in a hurry. Luke drew in a deep breath. The plan had worked. But it wasn’t over yet. There was still the second mechanism to activate.
