The first to feel the weight of Heaven’s Strike were the trio comprising the Ice Phoenix Lord, Storm Phoenix Lord, and Chaos Phoenix Lord.

Their domains shattered instantly under the immense force of this attack punishment, and the lightning armaments sliced through their bodies like hot knives through butter.

There were no grand explosions, just a display of punishment from a newly ascending god.

“Damn it, they are too damn fast!” Storm Phoenix Lord cried out as he lost his shanks. He couldn’t believe he had failed to dodge Han Yuan’s attack, which made his title as the fastest phoenix seem like a joke.

And it wasn’t just Storm Phoenix Lord who was cursing.

“Fuck!” The Chaos Phoenix Lord was in disbelief, realizing that no matter how many mirages he created or how many times he teleported within a ten-thousand-mile radius, Han Yuan’s strikes seemed to get locked onto him.

In the chaos, the Chaos Phoenix Lord lost a chunk of flesh, screaming at the top of his lungs, “Ah Qing, come help me!”

The Ice Phoenix Lord was not in a better position either. Heaven’s Strike had severed one of her wings, forcing her to create a substitute wing made of ice as she retreated.

“Too strong… How could he be so strong?” Ice Phoenix Lord murmured in horror, struggling to remain airborne.

Fire Phoenix Lord erupted into flames in the sky, declaring, “Domain Expansion, Fire Phoenix’s True Eternal Domain!”

As he activated his domain, he rapidly absorbed the heat in the area and froze time and space, creating a stasis field around him. Although the domain blocked Heaven’s Strike, it merely delayed the inevitable.

“Domain Expansion… Grace of Phoenix’s Samsara!” Jade Phoenix Lord followed suit. A green, spherical domain expanded from her, helping the wounded Phoenix Lords recover.

“This is…” Purple Phoenix Lord observed Heaven’s Strike and noticed that its momentum did not cease when Fire Phoenix Lord used his domain. Instead, it seemed to grow stronger over time.

“Everyone, move! We can’t stop it for too long! This attack is accumulating more power as we stop it!” He shouted in panic.

The White-Eyed Phoenix Lord dragged the Chaos Phoenix Lord next to her. “Ah Jun, Divine Fusion Skill.”

“He cuts through space with his fingers!” Dark Phoenix Lord, who believed his domain could send Han Yuan away for just a moment and allow them to catch their breath, was in disbelief.

Han Yuan emerged from the rift and kicked Dark Phoenix Lord in the neck, sending him tumbling towards his brother. “You too, get down, senior!”

“Brat—!” Dark Phoenix Lord’s shout got cut off when Han Yuan kicked him down.

Meanwhile, the Holy Phoenix Lord also got rescued by the other Phoenix Lords and returned safely to their side.

Excitement because they could fight together as siblings again, but sorrow because they had to face a monster like Han Yuan.

Han Yuan stood on the left, behind him an array of god-slaying divine armaments made of pure lightning.

On the right, the Nine Phoenix Lords gathered in pyramid formation, their expressions solemn.

Purple Phoenix Lord and Storm Phoenix Lord recovered under the care of Jade Phoenix Lord, fusing their powers to unleash a beam of wind and lightning energy at Han Yuan.

“Storm Thunderous Roar!”

He punched at the energy beam, instantly obliterating it and creating a massive shockwave that reverberated through the area.

Suddenly, a hand struck Han Yuan’s stomach unexpectedly. He looked down to see a handsome man clad in golden attire.

“Heavenly Phoenix’s Palm!”

Han Yuan squinted, recognizing him. “Holy Phoenix Lord…”

“It seems you’ve realized that using a larger form makes you an easy target, but transforming into your human form to fight me is weak!”

Han Yuan swiftly slapped the Holy Phoenix Lord’s palm away and then, in the blink of an eye, yanked his arm and kneed him deeply in the stomach.

BAM!

Gasp!

“Fuck!” The Holy Phoenix Lord groaned in pain, unprepared for Han Yuan’s mastery of close combat and martial arts. Until now, he had only caught a fraction of Han Yuan’s abilities.

Han Yuan then kicked backward, stopping the Fire Phoenix Lord from attacking him in his human form as well.

Bang! Crack!

Fire Phoenix Lord gazed in awe at the shattered fire armor on his chest before shifting his focus back to Han Yuan. “Those greaves of his are too powerful…”

In a swift move, Han Yuan yanked the Holy Phoenix Lord and hurled him toward the Fire Phoenix Lord, causing a violent crash. He then vanished and rushed toward the Ice Phoenix Lord, who had also transformed and was preparing a massive glacier to attack him.

The glacier erupted in an enormous burst of blue light.

Han Yuan’s blurry figure reappeared before the Ice Phoenix Lord’s eyes, delivering a hard punch to her stomach, leaving her gasping momentarily before he seized her neck and threw her down.

‘H-How could he survive my ice explosion?’ Ice Phoenix Lord thought, nearly losing consciousness under Han Yuan’s relentless assault. His fighting style was pure and destructively efficient.

Restrictions were futile.

Han Yuan was unstoppable.

Weakening spells were ineffective.

He seemed immune to most of their attacks.

Almost every method they used is useless against Han Yuan, causing the White-Eyed Phoenix Lord to frown deeper with each passing second.

“No, he isn’t fully invincible…” the White-Eyed Phoenix Lord, transformed into a white-haired beauty with a third eye on her forehead, said in realization.

Han Yuan dismissed the question and dodged the attack, quickly kicking Holy Phoenix Lord in the left ear, then the right ear, and finally the back of his head before charging forward.

Holy Phoenix Lord felt his head ringing before everything turned dark, marking his defeat.

“Seniors, even if you unleash your true power and reclaim your god-like status, it’s useless if you can’t hit me…” Han Yuan’s indifferent voice echoed in the sky.

“Speed of light, reaction of a snail.”

He shifted his focus to Dark Phoenix Lord and snapped his fingers, “Divine Arts: Purple Silver Dragon Roars.”

They hadn’t noticed the foreign bioelectricity and spiritual powers that were constantly draining their bodies and souls.

Even though Jade Phoenix Lord healed them, the weakening effect would remain—it wasn’t an injury or negative effect, but rather an infection of energies.

Afterward, defeating them became easy.

The Dark Phoenix Lord had a specific weakness to Divine Light, while the Holy Phoenix Lord suffered from the overwhelming effect of Han Yuan’s Howling Dragon Greaves, which inflicted three lightning-fast strikes to the head.

The power of world-destroying dragons was demonstrated fully, albeit in a low-key manner.

“Ah Bing, protect Ah Qing,” Fire Phoenix Lord ordered as he floated in the air.

Han Yuan crossed his arms and deflected Fire Phoenix Lord’s combination attacks with Storm Phoenix Lord and Purple Phoenix Lord. Wind, fire, and lightning swirled around them.

“Eternal Blade!” Fire Phoenix Lord grasped thin air, creating a fiery red sword that slashed towards Han Yuan.

Storm Phoenix Lord maintained distance, crafting an enormous bow that unleashed a sharp whirlwind aimed at Han Yuan. “Storm Arc!”

Meanwhile, Purple Phoenix Lord approached Han Yuan cautiously while wielding a pair of daggers shaped like lightning. “Sky Cutter!”

“Thunder God’s Spear.” Han Yuan’s finger glowed as an emerald-purple spear materialized, clashing with the attacks of Fire Phoenix Lord and Purple Phoenix Lord while deflecting many of Storm Phoenix Lord’s assaults.

Han Yuan started with a low stance, positioning himself to deflect the Eternal Blade and the Sky Cutter before unleashing an overwhelming spear thrust at the Storm Phoenix Lord.

Transitioning smoothly into a middle stance, he created a protective area around himself by swinging the spear in a circular motion.

He slashed at the Purple Phoenix Lord and elevated his stance up again, adjusting his grip for more power.

Each spear move Han Yuan executed was basic, yet under the influence of transcending mortality and this divine state, he seemed to have tapped into a flow he had not achieved before.

Some of the spear techniques Han Yuan used here were basics he had taught to Na’er recently, yet they displayed god-like prowess.

“He’s stalling for time!” Storm Phoenix Lord groaned in annoyance.

“I know! But his spear techniques are incredibly frustrating!” Purple Phoenix Lord replied.

Fire Phoenix Lord maintained a calm expression and smiled, “The peak of mastery, back to basics.”

“How terrifying.”

“Even a simple spear thrust could leave a hole in a star.”

“But you’re not the only one stalling.”

The White-Eyed Phoenix Lord and the Chaos Phoenix Lord chimed in, activating the Divine Fusion Skill once again, this time with the Chaos Phoenix Lord taking the lead.

“Requiem of Distant Phoenix’s Tears!”

A grim ash field manifested.

“Four down, five to go,” Han Yuan remarked casually while waving at the remaining Phoenix Lords.

White-Eyed Phoenix Lord trembled, murmuring, “H-He played us like a fiddle…”

“He knew that once we broke our limits, there would be no turning back.”

“He lured us away from Ah Qing and Ah Bing, our healer and second controller, so that he could eliminate them.”

“Cunning, too cunning,” White-Eyed Phoenix Lord clenched her fist, never imagining that a junior would outsmart them like this.

Han Yuan smiled and kicked the air gently, vanishing into the void. He seized Chaos Phoenix Lord’s face and hurled him towards a mile-long blue silver dragon, trapping him there.

“No, no, no, not this! AAAAAAARRGHHH!” Chaos Phoenix Lord screamed as the divine lightning surged through him.

“Three seconds,” Fire Phoenix Lord sighed. “We have three seconds left before he exits his state.”

“If we can hold on until then, it will be our victory.”

Upon hearing this, the remaining Phoenix Lords regained their composure, and the White-Eyed Phoenix Lord sighed in relief. They exchanged glances and nodded in agreement.

“I’ll go first!” Purple Phoenix Lord declared, charging towards Han Yuan with his daggers and leaving countless afterimages in his wake.

Han Yuan thrust his spear and whispered, “Divine Arts – Lightning Avoidance…”

Han Yuan also transformed into numerous afterimages, clashing with the Purple Phoenix Lord countless times in a second. In the end, he emerged victorious, severing the Phoenix Lord’s hands with an emerald-purple spear.

“You’re really merciless…” Purple Phoenix Lord’s expression twitched as he plummeted from the sky.

Storm Phoenix Lord laughed and said, “Ah Lei, watch me!”

He moved freely like the wind and also used the wind element in the area to attack Han Yuan, harassing him from all directions while preparing for his ultimate, final attack.
