(2)- So how this works is you call the service and someone comes over to drive your car back for you. They can come over using public transportation or some small scooter.

(3)- The last time he leveled up was back in Chapter 19 when he ate the 120 of both 70~ and 80~ fish (total 240). He mentioned that he would have to use quantity to substitute for quality (size). He was Level 8 in chapter 7, and in Chapter 19 the author didn’t mention a level, so in Chapter 19 and this part of Chapter 29, he leveled up 3 times.
