“I am not sure.” Kaelith tilted his head. “But he actively tries to destroy higher worlds. He hates the former Heavenly Dao, the one that was created by the Core and the way it worked, and he took it as a goal to destroy all higher worlds.”

“Though he has not succeeded yet due to the paragons.”

“Some say he even has plans involving the destruction of the higher worlds, such as using that power of destruction, which brings forth a frequency that defies the concept of dimensionality, to ascend to the higher world.”

“While others cannot become gods or True Source Beings, an evolver can indeed reach our level of power. Even though they can never match us in terms of raw strength, the person that forged that path was the Chaos Emperor.
