“Doflamingo,” Kuke guessed.

“Him?”

“That weakling? He doesn’t deserve it,” Gion scoffed. “The guy couldn’t take a single blow before fleeing in disgrace, and they’re calling him the Strongest?”

“We’re about to deal with Doflamingo anyway. He’s barely claimed the title, and his Donquixote Family headquarters is already going to be wiped out—how unfortunate,” Kuke smirked as they continued to the third silhouette.

Kuke, too, was intrigued.

“The Strongest Connections?”

His immediate thought was Luffy.
