“You’re lying! When did I ever take anything from His Majesty?” Xu Qingshi thought to himself that he wasn’t foolish enough to steal from the Emperor. He still valued his head.

Xu Qingshi and Zhu Hanyu stopped in their tracks as they reached the entrance of the imperial study. Neither dared to barge in unannounced.
