Axel’s lips curved into a slow smile as his hand lifted to cup her cheek.

“Good. Because that was exactly my plan.”

“You were going to do the same?”

“Of course. And I don’t need to wait to collect evidence,” he said calmly. “I already know the source of those articles. As for those netizens, a single comment is enough to send them to jail.”

Evelyn was taken aback.

She stared at him, stunned.

“How?” she whispered.
