Shi Mu felt a great pressure from the shadow of the giant blue palm. As he continued to sink, he clenched his teeth hard and the spirit within his body began to run faster.

The old man in the blue shirt suddenly gave out a hearty laugh and his body lit up with a ray of green light. His robe was torn and broken. His muscles were large and bulging. His whole figure began to rise until he turned into a pale cyan ape.

“It’s the Azure Ape King!” Shi Mu said in shock.

The Azure Ape King that stood before him was not much different from the one he had encountered previously, other than its eyebrow color and slightly larger size.

Shi Mu vaguely remembered when the Azure Ape King burst with blood and flesh into a skeleton form in order to escape from the hands of Huang Long.

Using a secret technique right now would cost a lot of energy, and his muscles were not yet ready.

The Azure Ape King walked toward Shi Mu, seemingly with the intent to speak but could only make sounds.

“I’m surprised that you managed to find me. Tell me, what is your purpose here?” Shi Mu asked in a quiet voice while keeping his guard up and his mind vigilant.

The Azure Ape King did not answer immediately. After coughing a few times, he stopped as he looked at Shi Mu up and down. He showed a hint of amusement and laughed.

“Sect Fellow Shi, do you possess the blood essence of the White Ape Demon King?”

Shi Mu was shocked at the question. His expression changed momentarily before resuming its firmness.

The change was brief, but it was caught by the Azure Ape King.

“It seems that I’m right. When you were in the secret chambers back in Heaven Ascension Peak, I’d already seen it,” the Azure Ape King said laughingly.

“What is elder predecessor saying? I can’t quite understand,” Shi Mu’s was stunned and immediately denied it.

“Why are you still trying to deny it now?” the Azure Ape King asked Shi Mu while taking a step forward.

“You are a strong person but you are hurt. You should have been very clear about it. I’m not afraid of you. I have something important to attend to so if there is nothing else you can offer me, please excuse yourself,” Shi Mu said coldly as he wrinkled his eyebrows.

“Hey, I’ve come to you this time but I didn’t plan to pull any punches just to try out your strength. I’ll leave without a doubt but you will not know what you are going to do. This is utterly sad,” The Azure Ape King said as he revealed a sly smile and laughed it off in front of Shi Mu’s face.

Upon hearing this, Shi Mu’s facial expression changed slightly and his mind raced with countless thoughts within an instant. All he could do was laugh.

“What is your intention? I’m not in the mood to talk to you about something that has no significance to me!” Shi Mu said before he turned and walked away.

“The seal of the altar in the secret chamber of Heaven Ascension Peak was created by the ancestors of the seventy-two demon tribes under the White Ape Demon King of Western He Continent. If not for their blood essence, even if they were of Heaven-rank, it would be impossible to get close to it. The end result would have been the same as Huang Long. I’m sure you have seen it for yourself,” the Azure Ape King explained.

“Compared to the entire endless Star Sea, the Cerulean Sea Star is just a small planet. There are countless Star Sea worlds and there are thousands of planets in each star field. The world is full of vitality and there are creatures that thrive on it, though some are absurd. Our Cerulean Sea Star is just one of the planets with such vitality. But compared to the whole Star Sea, it is but a drop in the ocean,” the Azure Ape King relaxed and continued.

Shi Mu looked only a little stunned but in his heart, it was like he was drowning in the middle of the sea.

The Azure Ape King seemed to have long anticipated Shi Mu’s reaction as he did not speak. All he did was look at Shi Mu.

After a quarter of an hour, Shi Mu was able to breathe a sigh of relief as a sign that he had accepted the Azure Ape King’s words. After a while, he finally spoke up.

“So the big rival that the White Azure Ape mentioned existed in the Cerulean Sea Star?”

“Hehe… Sect Fellow Sh*t is indeed correct. But the elderly White Ape was originally not from the Cerulean Sea Star. They came from another planet with a stronger presence,” the Azure Ape King replied.
