The shock and the tumbling disoriented him, but he placed both hands on the ground and pushed himself up. When he lifted his head to check the result of his attacks, he saw Mammon writhing on the ground and shrieking in agony, the dagger stuck deeply into his side. The greatsword that was biting into Mammon’s shoulder was lying on the ground near him. It seemed to have come off due to some impact.
