Lin Kuang nodded with a smile and followed Lin Wanli into the Lin Family villa.

The villa’s interior was simply decorated, yet it exuded an air of grandeur. A clatter of sounds drifted from the kitchen, where Lin Guo’er and her mother were obviously busy.

“Lin Kuang, please, have a seat. Sit down and we’ll talk,” Lin Wanli urged again. His demeanor was extremely welcoming—not that he dared to be anything else.
