“Teacher Kitazawa,” Sasuke asked, “who’s stronger—the Fourth Mizukage or Hokage-sama?”

“Hokage-sama,” Kitazawa answered without hesitation.

It was the only proper answer; otherwise, it could raise questions about his loyalty.

Besides, judging from the original events, Hiruzen’s strength did slightly surpass that of the Fourth Mizukage.

“As expected… I still have to become Hokage!” Naruto declared, clenching his fists.
