—–
“Is it really you guys?!” Eduard exclaimed in disbelief. He had poured everything he had into defending the frontlines alone and was utterly exhausted when Louis finally arrived and turned the tide. He was perhaps the only one tough enough to survive the infernal spell unleashed by the First Malevolent Fly, and he felt profound gratitude that Louis had come in time. He did not know if he could have continued living after witnessing such a traumatic scene. “Little Louis…! You have grown into a huge-ass dragon! What is going on?! This is incredible! Gustaf! Brother!”
“Eduard! I am glad you are okay!” Gustaf said, floating above his son. “But we have to hurry. My wife is in danger. Something went after her!”
“R-Right!” Eduard gasped.
“Mirai, Zorba, let us go,” Louis said. “Everyone else, stay here and protect the Kingdom. Stella and Althea are fighting the Abyssal Mother, but I do not know how long they can hold her. I have already sent my troops to help them.”
“Sure! We have to hurry!” Mirai said, clenching her teeth. “I can feel it! Such a monstrously powerful being is there! Y-Your mother is in danger…!”
“Let us hurry!” Zorba added, clearly worried. “We cannot let the queen die!”
“Dad!” Louis said, grabbing his father.
“Okay!” Gustaf nodded
RUMBLE!
Louis twisted space and pierced the sky with Gungnir, carrying those close to him while leaving everyone else behind to protect Frostbane. Among them were Catrise and his knights, who fought desperately against the Entities and Grievances that endlessly emerged from Dimensional Rifts opening everywhere due to the rapid expansion of the Dimensional Labyrinth.
Meanwhile, outside the city, the Abyssal Mother roared in pain. After Handy merged with her and permanently weakened her while disrupting her Spiral, she had gone into a rampage. Tears streamed from her, shattering and distorting reality and forming an endless sea of darkness.
At the same time, Stella roared, consumed by the chaos created as her two powers clashed endlessly. Gold and red light surged from her body, unleashing thousands of beams against the Abyssal Mother.
Their battle was catastrophic. Both crashed across the battlefield and into nearby mountains, destroying them and then shattering the planet’s surface. Immense cracks formed as tremors never ceased.
From their clash, Entities were born endlessly, flooding the area and even attacking and devouring other Entities emerging from the Dimensional Rifts, creating utter chaos.
“GAAAHHHHHH!”
Stella screamed, burning so brightly that even she suffered great pain. Her sister, Althea, quickly caught up and helped her dodge an incoming attack from the Abyssal Mother, who continued to grow madder. A gigantic hand over a kilometer wide descended from above, flattening everything within its reach in mere seconds.
BOOOOOMMM!!!
“Stella!”
Althea, in her Yggdragon form, caught her sister and fell across the ground, bouncing and crashing through Frostbane’s walls again just as Louis had left. Everyone else fighting the invading Entities and Grievances was left speechless.
“GRRRR…! GRAAAHHH!”
Stella’s form began to transform, becoming larger and more monstrous. She gained a bat-like appearance made of light, covered in white feathers. She swung her claws, tearing through her sister’s wooden armor and smashing her entire body through her chest, then unleashed thousands of beams across her.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
“UNNGGH…! ENOUGH!!!”
Althea had had enough. Her Spirit Dragon Heart, originating from Spiritias and not Yggdrasil, unleashed its full power. She transformed into an even more majestic nature being, gleaming with gold and green light. She grew ten heads and unleashed a breath of nature’s divine light.
The ten breath attacks combined into a single devastating stream of light, striking Stella with immense force and finally stopping her rampage before she could kill innocents. The attack sent her crashing and piercing through the Abyssal Mother’s body once more, blowing up her entire upper torso from arms to head.
BOOOMMMM!!!
Both Stella and the Abyssal Mother created a gigantic crater. Massive cracks spread and lava poured everywhere. Pillars of darkness emerged a second later as the headless body of the Abyssal Mother stood up again. Countless heads, jaws, tentacles, and red eyes revealed themselves beneath her dark gray skin.
Her true form was not the humanoid appearance she had shown before, but something far more bizarre, forged from the darkness she had absorbed and refined over time.
“I SHALL BRING YOU ALL… TO PARADISE… I HAVE HAD… ENOUGH… TOO…”
Her voice echoed across the entire North American Continent as darkness began overtaking everything and everyone without exception.
The Weeping Nest manifested fully, an extension of her own Fantasy Sea and Soul. Her Inner Macrocosm elevated her power even further as her Spiral, at Tier 0 and almost beyond, manifested completely.
The skies turned dark purple and red, with white stars shining brightly. Forests made of black trees with red fruits shaped like crying, ugly faces surged everywhere, manifesting into massive monstrosities.
Swamps emerged where creatures made of hands and eyes surged endlessly. Mountains of black flesh with tentacles rose, followed by seas of agonizing and tortured souls trapped in eternal bliss, yet exhausted from it, creating even more darkness.
“T-This is ridiculous!” Tisha muttered. “What can we even do against such a thing?!”
As she screamed in disbelief, House Frostbane’s Spirit Avatars descended and combined their powers, protecting Frostbane from the tsunami of miasma rushing toward them.
Until everything was swallowed by darkness.
BOOOM!
Frostbane’s Castle exploded into pieces as Louis flew inside with Zorba, Mirai, and Gustaf. He used his Telekinesis on his father, moving away all the debris and digging deep into the VPI, which was mostly empty since all agents were outside fighting.
“Mother!”
Louis descended, destroying and breaking through all the technology as he dismantled it with his Cosmic Aura, while teleporting any living person, Entity, or Grievance he found into his Inner Macrocosm.
“MOTHER!!!”
He reached a bubble, her Divine Realm she had left underground where her body rested. Louis crashed into it, shattering the ceiling and landing on the ground. He created a massive crater and rolled across a mountain range, accidentally blowing up dozens of mountains.
“Cough!” he groaned. “M-Mother! Where is she?!”
“Over there!” Gustaf said. “I will lead the way!”
Gustaf guided his son as Louis spread his wings and flapped once, flying at light speed through the vast divine realm until he finally reached where his mother should have been.
A huge garden where her giant body rested in peace.
He had hoped to see that peaceful sight. Instead, everything had been twisted into a demonic hellscape.
The gardens had burned to cinders. In their place stood monstrous, eye-covered flowers and plants.
Cracks surged across the ground as demonic flames and abyssal shadows spread everywhere, summoning demons from the depths of another world’s hell, all shaped like insects.
Her resting place had been corrupted, turned into a throne made of black vines and dark wood, covered in red leaves and eyes.
Louis reached the front, walking forward in disbelief. His eyes widened, his hands trembled, and his teeth gritted tightly.
Nobody with him said a word. They were completely speechless at what they were witnessing.
“Mom… mother?”
Louis’s voice echoed as he called out to the person standing in the middle of it all, surrounded by hundreds of Insectoid Demons kneeling before her.
Her faint blue skin had become dark purple. Her white hair was now red. As she turned to face her son and her husband…
Her golden eyes were now red, and two smaller, insect-like red eyes had appeared on her forehead, alongside sharp black antennae.
Black and red horns grew from her forehead and the sides of her head. Black exoskeleton armor covered her giantess body, making her look completely different.
A pair of enormous fly-like wings sprouted from her back, gleaming with eye patterns that created strange, swirling and spiraling illusory effects.
She had a large, bug-like abdomen sprouting from her back, complete with a long, black, and sharp stinger.
“A-Ahh…! Aaaahhhhhh!!!”
Gustaf screamed in horror, grabbing his head as tears streamed down his face. His psychic powers grew unstable, his eyes turning completely white as he was left utterly traumatized by what he had just witnessed.
“Yes, it is me, my dear son,” she spoke. Her voice was monstrous and strange, mixing her original gentle, motherly tone with the disgusting voice of a demon king. “Come to mama… and give her a big hug… huhuh… hahahaha… HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”
“Oh my god…” Mirai muttered, feeling like she wanted to vomit. She covered her mouth in disbelief. “Ugh… Eugh…!”
“M-Mo… mother…” Louis muttered, his eyes twitching. He was about to lose it completely.
“…!” Zorba was shocked, but as someone raised in horrible conditions who had seen the worst of this world since birth, he kept his calm. “Lord Louis, you must not let that filthy demon control your mind. Lady Benladra’s soul lives! I can feel it. Even now, she is wrestling for control!”
“…?!”
“…!!!”
“…?!”
Louis, Mirai, and Gustaf looked at Zorba. His words were perhaps their last hope to save her.
“If what you said is true, her soul alone is immensely powerful. That demon alone, Myrghoul, is incredibly strong too, but he is likely receiving help from his true master, the Limitless Archdemon Venerable in Spiritias! As long as we can cut that connection, perhaps she can destroy Myrghoul herself…” Zorba said. “But we cannot give up yet! You have seen countless horrors. Is this really going to be what makes you lose your mind?! You cannot let it manipulate you! You cannot! Mirai, Gustaf too! Enough!”
“…!” Gustaf nodded. “Y-You are right… Benladra… I should not look down on her! My wife is strong… As disgusting as it is to see that creature inside her body, I will not give up on her either!”
“W-We have to fight him. We have to weaken him and find a way!” Mirai said. “Louis, can you use your Time Magic?”
“I will try…” Louis finally spoke.
Myrghoul smiled through Benladra’s body, spreading her new body’s arms only to grow two more pairs. They sprouted from Benladra’s body as purple blood splattered from the wounds.
“It is useless to think there is a way to take me away from her. We have been permanently merged! And I have devoured her soul and her memories! Now I know everything she knows, her loooove for you and her husband, and everything else… And I am willing to continue it.
Come, join me, my dear son and husband. I am sure you will be happier with me than continuing to pretend you care about anything else than her!
What do you think, Gustaf? I will let you get me pregnant as much as you want!
We will raise an army of powerful dragon demon Espers together and conquer the Dimensional Labyrinth, the Fantasy Worlds, and the Universe together!”
Myrghoul placed his hands around Benladra’s crotch area as if inviting Gustaf to mate, making the Esper so disgusted he almost threw up.
“Y-You monster…” Gustaf muttered. “You… will give her back… Now!!!”
“Stop using my mother’s body like it belongs to you, Myrghoul! I will tear your soul apart and torture it for eternity if I must!!!” Louis roared, surging with immense power.
“Let go of auntie!” Mirai cried, tears of blood streaming down her face. She transformed into her gigantic Chaos Demon Queen once more, unleashing even more of her awakened power than ever before while gripping her blazing katana tightly.
“For the sake of Frostbane, I will fight with my life on the line!” Zorba roared. His Army of Abyssal Void Shadow Undead surged endlessly from his Shadow Realm, alongside his mightiest Undead, Typhon.
All four powered up to their absolute limits, making the entire Divine Realm tremble. It was truly an immense divine realm. They stood above a planet covered in forests and gardens, one of the many planetoids within it.
RUMBLE!
Their combined power was enough to shatter half the planetoid’s surface as they rushed toward Myrghoul with everything they had.
And more!
“RAAAAHHHHHH!!!”
Their auras combined and crashed against Myrghoul. Space and even time warped as Louis attempted to unleash the same spell he had used before on Myrghoul and the surroundings.
However…
TRUUUM!
“Fufu… hahahahahaha!”
His laughter echoed through Benladra’s mouth as he grasped time itself with his six hands. Twenty circles manifested behind him, Benladra’s Ascendancy Laws that she had forged over thousands of years, manifesting an immensely powerful level of authority.
This, coupled with Myrghoul himself being a Tier 1 Spiralwalker and an Archdemon at the same time, created an overwhelming force. The pressure of twenty authorities stacked together allowed him to completely negate Louis’s spell.
“It will not be so easy, you know?”
Their eyes widened as Myrghoul’s six hands moved forward. Louis used Time to accelerate his own movement to its absolute limits, protecting everyone else with his body. His armor, scales, and barriers all shattered as his entire body was battered terribly.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
“Gaaaaaahhhaaa?!”
He vomited blood, feeling his entire body being torn to shreds instantly. The immense power his mother possessed was something he had never truly considered until now.
There was a reason why Benladra was considered the second strongest only after her own father. She was on a completely different level than even Drakda or Amethyst, or any other dragon for that matter.
BOOOOMMM!!!
Louis crashed through the planet’s surface, protecting everyone through his Psychic Aura as his entire body was torn to shreds. His torso and one arm were barely the only things left, and half his head was gone.
“H-Haaaa…! Ugh…!”
“SON!!!”
Gustaf panicked, gasping in disbelief at what he saw and realizing the massive power gap between Louis and his mother, even after growing so strong…
Could Louis really not be a contender against her might?
Gustaf flew toward his son while crying, only to see him suddenly disappear into ashes. His eyes widened, thinking the worst.
However…
“I am fine.”
Louis appeared behind him, facing Myrghoul who rapidly approached them, flying with his gigantic hands and carrying Benladra’s body through the skies.
It was clear he was still adjusting to her powers. Benladra would have definitely just turned into light to travel, something Myrghoul had yet to discover he could do now.
“Louis?!”
Gustaf was shocked to see his son emerge from an explosion of ashes below the ground, unscathed. His body rapidly evolved and powered up as several skills activated, enhancing his stats through the roof.
Space and reality warped around him in that moment as Myrghoul reached them. His six fists descended, combining his Demonic Purgatory Flames with Benladra’s Heavenly Celestial Light Aura and twenty Ascendancy Laws stacked together.
TRUUUM!
Suddenly, the attacks were redirected elsewhere entirely. Myrghoul’s fists never reached Louis, who disappeared entirely for a moment.
“WHAT?!”
“Assassination.”
Without even hesitating, Louis conjured a long knife and pierced Myrghoul’s throat, stomach, heart, and then cut through all six of his arms at once.
Louis was merciless. He knew his mother had an Immortal Body, and he did not hesitate to harm it if it meant saving her.
This left Gustaf deeply shocked, but he quickly snapped back to reality and used Gravity Psychic Techniques to push Myrghoul into the ground.
Purple blood splattered everywhere as Myrghoul’s face was smashed into the floor. The entire planet then exploded into countless pieces, sending everyone flying away.
“Hahahaha! HAHAHAHAHA! To think my beloved son would not even hesitate to harm his dear mother!”
“STOP TALKING LIKE YOU ARE HER, YOU DISGUSTING INSECT!!!”
Louis caught him by surprise again, leaving Myrghoul wondering how he had done it. His knives pierced his body and exploded, followed by several kilometer-long needles made of the deadliest poison Louis could conjure, piercing both Myrghoul’s soul and body.
Then the knives and needles connected with miasma, ice, and darkness, creating a sudden formation around Benladra’s gigantic body. Gustaf used his psychic powers to pressure Myrghoul in place, forming a cage of pure condensed gravity.
Zorba followed with his magic and scythe, charging Death Energy and cutting through Myrghoul’s soul, splitting it in half. The demon screamed in agony as Mirai quickly entered, piercing his chest with her katana and aiming for his open soul with her own, trying to infiltrate his Fantasy Heart.
However, when she tried, she saw Myrghoul’s true face.
“Where do you think you are aiming for, Mirai?”
A giant insect face greeted her, an aberrant fly-like appearance with even more eyes than a normal fly and long, sharp mandibles resembling those of a wasp. Its red-shot eyes sent shivers down her spine as a Demonic Authority superior to hers pushed her away and burned her entire soul.
“AAAGGGHHH!”
She screamed in agony, falling through space and smashing across a planetoid. Louis sent a divided wyrm soul to heal her while he kicked Myrghoul down. The demon landed on a small moon, infusing his power into it and mutating the entire moon into a giant demon.
“HAHAHAHAA! MY POWER IS LIMITLESS NOW!”
Benladra’s body continued to mutate. The little eyes on her forehead became larger and more monstrous as she gained more arms and legs at the same time.
The Demonic Moon reached them, crashing against Gustaf, Mirai, and Zorba. It would not have been hard to push it back if the moon had not suddenly started growing, and growing, and growing to an immense size, rushing down toward a star.
However…
“Primordial Hollow Sovereign Cosmic Sword-Spear Intent – Star-Splitting Sword Aura: Dismantle.”
SLAAAASH!
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
A single slashing attack split an entire moon apart. Then the moon was cut through hundreds and then thousands of times as Louis appeared in front of Myrghoul once more.
“TSK!”
Myrghoul clicked his tongue, leaping away only to be caught by Louis appearing right where he jumped. The dragon prince punched his entire body with his massive size, sending him toward a star.
Gustaf, Mirai, and Zorba kept up, attacking Myrghoul as Louis locked him in a constant battle. Myrghoul had yet to even learn how to summon Benladra’s soul weapons and so on. He was probably still processing over fifty thousand years of memories.
“GAAAAHHHH!”
“RAAAAHHHH!”
Louis unleashed all of his skills at once. Beams of blinding light burned Myrghoul’s demonic powers. Ashen frost combusted into flames and burned his body. Absolute Piercing attacks with Gungnir covered his entire soul with countless holes. He used several skills to constantly tear his soul apart piece by piece by extracting it, then reversing this power so he infiltrated his soul and began to parasitize it with his own soul fragments, while also extracting his shadow and weakening him.
Curses covered Myrghoul’s body but were all cancelled by Benladra’s incredible vitality, so Louis gave up on that and reversed them all into buffs for himself and his family, making them all dozens of times stronger temporarily.
Rains of celestial holy ashes descended and exploded, constantly pressuring Myrghoul as he crashed through a star, making it explode and sending him flying across another planetoid. There, Louis traveled through the Mirror World and caught him off-guard using Stealth. He swiftly followed with dozens of Knife Throw and Poison Dart conjurations, combining them with Gungnir and his Spearmanship techniques, constantly overwhelming Myrghoul.
“GIVE ME BACK MY MOTHER!!!”
Divine Primordial Regret Incarnation Spirits manifested everywhere through his powerful Cultivation Method. Fragments of Louis’s past timeline selves all melded into his body and fused with him through Sea of Self and then Spirit Sacrifice, skyrocketing his stats to completely new levels. His family did the same. Their Echoes merged with their bodies, even Gustaf’s, empowering them momentarily and allowing their attacks to strike through Myrghoul’s soul and damage him permanently. Each attack counted.
“GAAAAAAAAHHHH! YOU WORMS! YOU UNGRATEFUL WORMS!!! I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS! I HAVE HER POWER! I AM INVINCIBLE NOW!!!”
Myrghoul lost his mind and roared. His body began to mutate even further as Gustaf and Louis feared the worst. If he figured out a way to unleash Benladra’s dragon form, then…
“ROOAAAAARRRRR!”
RUMBLE!
BOOOOMMM!!!
A massive explosion of divine and demonic energies erupted, sending everyone flying away as Louis’s eyes widened and his entire body exploded and disintegrated to an almost subatomic level.
“N-NO!”
However, he quickly used Return to Ashes to revive not too far away, barely managing to do it in time before he saw Myrghoul unleashing Benladra’s dragon form, as they had all feared.
But it was strange, warped, insect-like as well as angelic, making his appearance utterly repulsive and abhorrent to a level never imagined before.
“GRAAAAYAAAAAHHHH!”
And he had completely lost his mind. Myrghoul was a young Archdemon, the only child of Beelzebub. He had always dreamed of attaining power, but the way he obtained it was always through authority and privileges. He had only risen through his position as a noble in the demon continent of Spiritias. Thus, he had never been a true warrior aside from a deceiver.
Therefore, he was unable to control such immense power. His mind could not take it!
RUMBLE!
CRACK, CRACK…!
CRAAAASH!
Benladra’s Divine Realm shattered into countless pieces as Louis quickly pulled Zorba and Gustaf to his side while Mirai resisted the darkness and demonic power surging, protecting him and everyone else as she continued unlocking more and more of her power.
Her three heads’ mouths opened, absorbing and eating the demonic energy and refining it. Even if it hurt her or made her go insane, she did not care anymore.
“MYRGHOUL! ENOUGH!!!”
She roared, turning ten times as big as before as Chaos Spirits and Demons surged from her own Inner Realms, fusing with her flesh and soul to fuel her growth endlessly.
She exuded the power that her true parents, the ones whose power she had inherited, possessed. The ability to regenerate and grow through absorbing spirits and demons endlessly!
Her Spiral spun rapidly as she began climbing the ranks increasingly fast, reaching Tier 2 in mere seconds and then even Tier 1.
The power of the Spiral of Entropy manifested powerfully, covering her body with pure chaos until her appearance resembled that of a Primordial Demon Goddess of Destruction.
“WRAAAAHHHH!”
“Mirai, do not let that power consume you!!!”
Louis realized Mirai had completely mutated into the same Mirai William had seen at the end of his last playthrough of Sinners Academy. Black feathered wings sprouted from her body and jaws appeared all around her skin, followed by a broken red halo constantly bleeding.
She was mutating into a Spiral Beast as she neared Tier 1 and then 0. The same thing that had happened to the Abyssal Mother and the Headless Nine Sun Venerable, an irreversible form that would permanently warp her very being into a mad monstrosity completely consumed by her own Spiral, perhaps the same as Lisette and Minato as well.
“MIRAI!” Gustaf called. “Please remember who you are! Who we are!”
“You cannot just go crazy now, Mirai!” Zorba roared. “You promised we would become friends!”
“GRRRRR…! NNGGHHH… I… I…! I AM… FINE!!!” Mirai roared. Her body constantly warped, but her sanity… held! “I AM NOT… A MONSTER! I… MIRAI… MIRAI GOOD!!!”
She struck Myrghoul’s face, sending him flying into the skies that appeared in the outside world. She flew along with him. Myrghoul unleashed a hellish rain of demonic flames, but she unleashed her own chaotic rain. Explosions spread through the sky.
BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!
Louis, Gustaf, and Zorba rode her back as she flew higher and higher, catching up with Myrghoul and punching his face constantly. He laughed, roaring and opening his giant mandibles, biting her arms off as blood was drawn.
“AAARRGGH!”
She roared. Dimensional rifts opened around Myrghoul and then closed, tearing his entire body into pieces! However, he quickly reattached them in mere seconds, followed by a monstrous breath attack.
RUMBLE!
Louis flew toward the attack and unleashed all his power at once, stacking every skill, every buff, every technique, and then using his Ascendancy Laws. He refined and compressed everything, reversing it and then fusing both the inverse and the true form. He wore the Mask of Inevitability, taking up Benladra’s form and fusing it with his Dragon and Ice Titan form, and lastly…
Thrusting Gungnir forward, unleashing his Nine Celestial Heavens Holy Piercing Dragon Spear Arts consecutively, one form after another.
“Nine Celestial Heavens Holy Piercing Dragon Spear Art.”
“First Form.”
“Devastating Soul Dragon Nova!”
“Second Form.”
“Planet-Destroying Dragon Star Descent!”
“Third Form.”
“Star-Devouring Dragon Ascension!”
“Fourth Form.”
“Endless Dragon Cosmic Coil!”
Myrghoul was pierced with supernova-level attacks, devastated by descending dragon piercing strikes, had his soul torn apart and exploded, was torn and devoured by countless dragons made of stars, and then was trapped in a giant cosmic dragon coiling around his body.
But Louis did not stop there.
No, he could not.
He had to push himself even further beyond, employing the power of the Heart of Time in its strongest form by fusing Time and Dimensions.
Targeting the Mirror World with his Spirits, Undead, and Echoes, helped by Mirai and Zorba’s armies, he hunted down the mirrored version of Myrghoul. Aside from the EXP they gained, he quickly let Gungnir devour it, evolving the spear from Rank 12 to Rank 14!
Gungnir gleamed with the radiance of stars themselves and even beyond. Blinding celestial light exploded from within as Louis thrust forward.
“Fifth Form.”
“Celestial Dragon Heavenly Genesis!”
His power erupted. His intent turned into billions of spears made of light, each one also a long, coiling dragon. They fused together into an absolute attack that could simply not be avoided, concentrating into the depths of creation itself, an inevitability.
The attack struck true, piercing Myrghoul’s soul and generating a massive explosion that seemed to have brought the creation of an entire universe for a moment.
“KUUUAAAAAAGGGHHHHHH!”
Myrghoul regained his sanity as he screamed. His soul began to completely disintegrate to a subatomic level. He was launched through space, shattering the black realm where they had been seconds ago, crashing into the wasteland and vomiting blood.
His body, Benladra’s body, convulsed in pain as his soul barely held on. Louis descended to quickly heal his mother. Her regeneration seemed to have been stunted due to the immense damage that not even her body could heal so easily.
“I am sorry, mother! Please hang in there!” Between tears, Louis went to save her with Mirai, Zorba, and Gustaf.
However…
“Fufufu…”
Myrghoul’s confident laughter sent shivers down everyone’s spine. Everyone’s eyes widened as his dying soul, barely 1% of it remaining, restored to 100% in a split second.
TRUUUM!
A giant pillar of demonic energy surged as Myrghoul figured out something about Benladra’s soul that had allowed her to remain alive even when a curse was constantly consuming her…
“I understand now… how she does it!”
He stood up again, fusing Benladra’s flesh with his own soul and using her Immortal Body ability to quickly immortalize his own soul, becoming a truly invincible being.
“T-There is no fucking way…” Louis muttered, his eyes twitching.
“N-No… after everything, we are back to the beginning?!” Gustaf asked.
“Ugh… this insufferable fly…” groaned Zorba.
“Give her back!!!” Mirai hissed.
“Hahahaha! Shouldn’t you be worried about someone else too?” Myrghoul pointed into the distance as a massive sea of darkness approached, led by a monstrous mother that had already brought everyone in Frostbane to Paradise.
“LOUIS…! COME TO MAMA…! LOUIS!!!”
It was her!
Handy’s sacrifice had barely amounted to anything. She was now even stronger than before, and everyone in Frostbane…
Had been captured by her, slowly dying within the Weeping Nest.
Truly, Louis felt like he had no options anymore. Flanked from both sides by monstrous foes, what else could he do now?
Continue fighting endlessly?
Alone? No, with these people by his side.
But even then, they were exhausted and did not have the same stamina and vitality as he did.
Mirai was about to pass out too.
Was there really nothing else that could be done?
In Camelot, the Ancient Spirit Tree, Avalon, had been infected by one of the Venerables and was rampaging through the city. His friends and his wyrm soul were doing their best to deal with it, but its power was too much.
In Mesopotamia, it was the same. Ancient Ruins had turned into a giant mechanical metropolis, a monstrous machine that began to destroy everything, possessed by another being from beyond this world.
And in Yamato, Ancient Evil Spirits and Oni rose from their graves, led by a vanquished Demon King of the Seventh Heaven.
The Nine Suns Headless Venerable had been stirred, and when he awakened, he started to annihilate everything with his army of Fake Bodhisattvas.
What else could he do?
“Think.
Think, Louis.
What can you do?”
“Remember, you should always count on your family, Louis.”
A voice echoed through his heart. Louis saw the distortions in the sky and realized they led to another world.
They were wide enough to cover the entirety of North America.
Then…
He smiled.
“Heart, Spirit, and Will, huh?”
Louis placed his hands together and unleashed Heart of Dimensions, refining the entirety of planet Earth into a pocket dimension and lifting everyone and everything.
“You better hold onto that promise, old man!”
RUMBLE!
And then, through the distortions, everyone was teleported to another world.
To the largest Fantasy World of them all.
Yggdrasil!
