And Kael nodded.

As if that wasn’t enough, after licking his lips and making sure Lavinia saw him doing it, he continued—

“I wanted to keep enjoying the service for a few more days by acting ignorant, but then today, I realized it.”

The Mage stuttered, she still did not know how to react, her mind had already started picturing every single thing he said, but her mouth could not prepare an answer she wanted to scream out loud.

He made it clear and finally, the Mage, using all her mental comprehension she was left with, came up with a single, desperate answer—
