As Faust finished speaking, golden streams of magical energy began to emanate from the earth, the trees, the sea, and the sky.

Without exception, all this magical energy flowed towards Troma Anim.

The wormhole fully opened, a powerful pull emanating from it. The crystal’s light, seemingly drawn by the [Soul], flew into the wormhole. Some Exceeds nearby were also pulled in, disappearing into the wormhole.

The light faded, leaving only fragments of the floating island and confused onlookers.

“The magic crystal’s gone? What happened?”

Gray clutched his head, unable to believe what he’d seen.

“Don’t worry, it’s back in Earthland!” a voice called out.

They turned to see a giant white Legion, with a heavily cloaked figure on top.

“Mystogan!” Natsu and the others shouted.

“I was looking for a way to restore everything. I’m late, I’m sorry,” Mystogan said.

He looked at Finn. “Finn, thankfully you stopped the Dragon Chain Cannon. I wouldn’t have made it otherwise!”

Finn, held by Nancy, smiled. “Either way, everyone in the guild is safe!”

“You can restore everything?” Happy asked, surprised.

Mystogan nodded.

“Yes, the magic crystal will return to its original form in Earthland via Anima!”

He removed his hat and mask, revealing his face.

“The Prince?!” Panther Lily exclaimed.

“The prince?” Lucy and the others looked at Mystogan.

Mystogan smiled. “Sorry to keep you waiting. I’m Jellal, the prince, and Mystogan of Fairy Tail!”

“I knew you were from this world, but the prince thing is a shock!” Laxus smiled.

“Yeah, our guild has a prince! Amazing!” Gray exclaimed.

The guild members were surprised but not overly concerned. Being comrades was what mattered.

Mystogan looked at Panther Lily.

“Lily, you saved my life. Thank you.”

Lily shook his head, smiling. “Prince! It’s great you’re safe!”

Suddenly, Faust roared, “It’s not over! It’s far from over!”

“Father!” Mystogan looked down at the Dragon Knight.

Faust’s anger flared.

“Don’t call me father! I disowned you seven years ago. You disappeared, and now you dare return? I know you’ve been stopping the [Soul] in Earthland for seven years.”

“You traitor! You betrayed your country!”

Mystogan took a deep breath. “Your Anima plan failed. What’s the point of fighting?”

“Point?”

“You ask me the point of fighting?”

Faust’s voice boomed, magical energy gathering in his mouth.

“This isn’t a fight. It’s revenge against the kingdom’s enemies. Unilateral annihilation!”

“Everyone before me will be destroyed!”

A magical beam shot towards Mystogan.

“Prince!” Panther Lily shouted, instantly flying towards Mystogan to shield him.

Everyone gasped. Especially Gajeel; this was his cat.

But the beam didn’t pierce Panther Lily. It grazed him and flew into the sky.

“What? The beam’s trajectory changed?” Mystogan saw the beam destroy a large floating island, then looked at the Dragon Knight and understood.

A seemingly ordinary foot was on the Dragon Knight’s chin, forcing it to change direction.

“Finn!” everyone shouted joyfully.

“Beat the hell out of your insane father. You okay with that?” Finn said, landing.

Mystogan smiled. “If it’s you, you can stop the Dragon Knight.”

He murmured, then looked at everyone.

“Finn and everyone, I’ll leave this to you. I’ll end this!”

He seemed to make a decision.

He looked at Panther Lily. “Lily, come with me. I need your help.”

“No problem, Prince,” Panther Lily said, following Mystogan.

The Dragon Knight stumbled back and stopped. Faust’s face was grim, his eyes blazing with fury.

“You really think you can beat me?” he said slowly.

“Let me show you the true power of the ultimate weapon!”

ROAR————!

The Dragon Knight roared, absorbing even more magical energy, creating powerful gusts of wind.

The Dragon Knight began to transform.

Its chest armor grew, extra armor moving to its right arm, forming a giant shield. A massive sword connected to its arm appeared in its right hand. Its legs changed, making it taller.

The silver armor became deep black. This form was more like its name: Dragon Knight.
