Mystogan watched them ascend, silent.

“Don’t be sad. We’re all leaving; shouldn’t we leave behind a happy memory?” Finn smiled.

“Finn… everyone…” Mystogan wiped his tears, smiling.

“That’s right!”

Their ascent reinforced Mystogan’s victory.

“The demons were taken by the sky!”

“The brave prince saved us all!”

Cheers surrounded Mystogan, proving everyone accepted him as a hero.

“Prince…” Panther Lily called.

Mystogan looked at Panther Lily in the air. Since all magic was being removed, the Exceeds, the only ones with magic left in Edolas, would also be sent to Earthland, never to return.

“There’s no need to rush. Take it one step at a time. Even at a walking pace, as long as you keep moving forward, you’ll reach your destination,” Panther Lily said softly.

Nancy floated, looking at Edolas with complex emotions. It was where she’d lived for six years. Leaving meant never returning. She was entering an entirely unfamiliar world.

Finn saw Nancy’s apprehension—longing for the old world, fear of the new. He patted her head.

“Come to Fairy Tail! It’s a fun place!”
