The Crispysweet variety did have interesting characteristics. Its strengths couldn’t be beaten, but the shortcomings were equally lethal.

The plus points were, of course, the taste and texture. The quality was no joke.

They were fragrant, crisp, and extremely sweet.

However, their rinds were too thin and delicate. It wouldn’t take much force to break one open, so it was hard to transport them. Plus, the melons didn’t store well.
