Cafeteria No. 1, located in the hospital’s comprehensive services building, could seat five to six hundred people and provided round-the-clock food service.

A little after noon, Yan Feifan met up with Yan Ziruo, who was waiting at the cafeteria entrance, and they went to get their food.
