A little after three in the afternoon, Wang Chuan from the Plastic Surgery Center took some time out to see a mother and daughter in an examination room at a friend’s request.

A lavishly dressed mother pushed her daughter, who looked to be in her twenties and was a bit embarrassed, in front of Wang Chuan.
