The top level of W Mall had many restaurants. The doctors didn’t go anywhere expensive like a seafood buffet. Although Wang Hong was treating them, the others would feel too awkward about going to a restaurant that expensive. So, they chose a popular hot pot restaurant instead. The others had begun ordering food already by the time that Zhang Fan arrived.

These young doctors who had just begun working a year ago had already begun automatically maintaining their own social circles. Zhang Fan smiled and shook hands with the two graduate student doctors.
