They had been coworkers for more than a decade already, and it even arrived at the point where they would miss each other if they didn’t see each other for a long period of time, just like family would.

This was different from bigger hospital departments, where there was plenty of backstabbing and scheming due to competition over benefits and resources.

Director Gulnazar was out most of the time, receiving patients at her clinic. The other three doctors took the work shifts in regular turns.
