“We can’t allow a human to look through some of our most precious knowledge!” several elders quickly shook their heads. Even though the decision would benefit their disciples, they had to prioritize the overall situation of the elven kingdom.

Some of the elders, however, were silent, and their eyes flickered with thought. Kevin watched all of this quietly. After they finished their muttering, he said, “In that case, there is no discussion concerning this. You either impart your knowledge to him or forsake your rights to the novel.”

Soon, all the elders had been given the books. Kranos also silently became their student.

Kranos glanced at three of the elders among the group. Arrays, formations, talismans, and pills… Kranos was intrigued, but he knew that due to the limited time he had left, he had to choose only two professions to study deeply. Since Kranos had already embarked on the path of arrays, he chose that as his first choice.

The second choice took him quite some time to settle on. “I’ll use the remaining time I have left to cultivate,” Kranos replied with a faint smile.

Kevin remained silent. As long as Sister’s first plan has worked, there’s nothing for me to worry about. He sighed, then bid Kranos farewell and slowly walked away. Kranos stared at him for a moment, then his gaze turned to the elder of arrays. He stared intently at the array book, eager to read it immediately.

Meanwhile, Kevin entered a room. He saw that Kathryn had already removed her gown, exposing her milky white skin. He was slightly fascinated by the sight. Just as he was lost in thought, Kathryn’s voice rang out, snapping him from his daze.

“How’s the situation?”

“Array and alchemy,” Kevin replied, getting straight to the point.

“Just those two?” Kathryn frowned, sliding on a slightly peach-colored robe over her exposed body. She stood at a mirror in the distance, glancing at her reflection and smiling faintly, her eyes flickering with craftiness.

“Says he wants to use the remaining time to cultivate,” Kevin responded.

Kathryn nodded, then asked, “How about the rebellious elves?”

“They are already ready to attack at any time,” Kevin said with a smile.

Kathryn was impressed. Then she flicked her hand. A pale, transparent liquid appeared in her palm.

“Give this to them…” After handing her brother the tube of liquid, she began to whisper some plans to him.

As Kevin heard the plans Kathryn had plotted, his eyes continued to widen in shock as he listened. Soon, she was done explaining, and he stared at his sister as though she were a monster.

“Sister… this…” Kevin’s eyes widened once more.

His disciples? Kranos noted.

He stared at them and noticed that each had distinct features. However, their golden eyes were quite remarkable, signifying their statuses as royal elves.

Seeing the elder enter, the three quickly stood up and bowed slightly. They also noticed Kranos following from behind and couldn’t help but look at him curiously.
