Zhou Qing, Huang Hai, and mercenary Lei Ta, cut up the meat and then came to roast it. They just sat down when the scent of the roasted fishes enveloped them.

They thought that Li Murou could cook so no one brought any seasonings. Don’t mention seasonings but to make their travel convenient, they only bought some hardtacks.

Although their meat looked good, it was too greasy and oily without any seasonings, and hard to eat.

The unique fragrance of the wrinkled giant hyssop was simmered on the roasted fish. The scent assaulted everyone’s nostrils.

Not only that, Lin Yueqi brought out a piece of ham and then sprinkled some seasonings, roasting it on the fire up until the surface was crisp. She withdrew it and took a bite before giving it to Lu Ting. She then murmured, “You can only take a small bite. If you dare to take a big bite, I’m going to drag you out and beat you to death.”

Lu Ting nodded and opened his mouth, carefully biting the ham Lin Yueqi delivered. He really did take a small bite only.

Zhou Qing was shocked at their actions. Was this really a domineering president with his little pampering celebrity wife?
