Ethan Shaw said to a nearby staff member, “Prepare the room next to Ian’s.”

“Brother, what are you…?”

“Ian said he missed you last time. Stay here and spend some time with him. Besides, I think…” Ethan looked at Jenna. “You need a place where you can truly rest.”

“But Mom and Dad…”

“I’ll handle it.” Ethan walked over to Naomi and took her hand. “Jenna has been having a hard time lately. When you have some free time, take her out for a bit.”

Jenna Shaw laughed out loud and ruffled Ian’s hair. “So little, yet so clever! And such a sweet talker. It’s a shame Auntie was in a rush and didn’t get a present for our Ian. I’ll make it up to you next time, okay?”

Ian shook his head. “I don’t want one.”

“Why not?” Jenna feigned sadness. “Don’t you like Auntie’s presents?”

“Auntie coming over to play with me is already the best present. My teacher said in class that kids shouldn’t be too greedy.”

Jenna couldn’t help but laugh. She reached out and squished Ian’s cheeks. “How can you be so sweet? Oh, my little darling, my sweet comforter! Ian, you really are such a sweetheart!”

Naomi Kenway watched from the side, a smile gracing her face. She reminded them, “Come on, it’s time for dinner.”

After dinner, Ethan Shaw carried Ian upstairs, while Naomi Kenway took Jenna Shaw to the room that had been prepared for her.

Suddenly, Naomi Kenway received a call from Leo Lennox. His tone was uncharacteristically anxious and serious.

“Nina, are you free to come over? I have something important to tell you.”

Naomi Kenway was currently on set for a shoot, but anything that Leo Lennox considered this important must be serious. After a moment of thought, she said, “Are you at home now? I’ll head over right away.”

At first, I thought it was just a prank. But then the clues became more and more specific, including a handwriting comparison of the will, and I started to believe it was real. I had people stake out various spots around the house and even installed cameras in every corner, but we’ve never been able to catch a glimpse of the person. Yet the notes keep appearing right on schedule.”

Leo Lennox took out his phone. He carefully pulled something up and handed the phone to Naomi Kenway.

“This is the handwriting comparison. I don’t know who sent it to me, but I have a gut feeling it’s the same person who’s leaving the notes. I tried to trace the IP address, but came up with nothing. Whoever it is, they’re very good at covering their tracks.
