She then raised her Scepter once more and spoke softly:

“Bind.”

As her word echoed out, Uller felt an irresistible force descend from all directions, crushing down upon him.

It was the power of divine law.

Here, Evé was the absolute sovereign. Thus, every word she spoke shall became law.

Her will shaped reality itself.

Uller’s expression twisted in alarm.

He tried to swing his divine axe to shatter the laws suppressing him but the very seal he had placed upon himself to complete the spell of transference had now become shackles binding his strength.

What was meant to be a tool of power had turned into chains, leaving Uller utterly helpless, trapped by the laws of the divine domain of Nature and Life.

Cries of anguish echoed across the battlefield, through the tribes, and throughout the Desert of Death…

High in the sky, radiant beams burst from the divine realm of Nature and Life, scattering in streams of light that dissolved into the void—The power of divine law, now without a master, returned to the world itself.

At the same time, across the Desert, the heavens rained down motes of light like a divine miracle.

Meanwhile, far away in the Heavenly Realm, a silver-glowing kingdom dimmed, before crumbling rapidly into ruination…

And in that moment, all who sensed this change among the gods realized that—

Uller, God of Winter and Hunt…

—Had fallen.
