As he had guessed, there was no way that woman would come willingly just because he asked. Not even the legendary weapon—’Vivianne’s puppy face’ worked!

They were walking hand in hand through the market, chatting and laughing. The auction hall was located at the east of the Divine Sword City, parallel to the Blackthorn Exchange.

The market was in chaos, both men’s and women’s thoughts were alike— two celestial spirits were walking among mortals!

“Say, Vivianne, tell me about the number of Inner Disciples and Core Disciples”

He, too, had started preparing a bit for the Inheritance Realm, even though it was still a few months away.

“Master! A-After Karma collected the information, Karma stole some crystals from a wealthy merchant and…and she has been eating ever since”

A sly smile crept on Rahu’s face, “You greedy brat, children shouldn’t have that much money, hand over the rest” He didn’t even bother suppressing his demonic grin.

“Master! You bully!” With tears in her eyes, she reluctantly handed all her ’hard-earned’ earnings to her master. Vivianne struggled to control her laughter at this. She can’t wait for the day when Karma gains her memories back.

“Mhm, 40 mid-grade crystals? Not bad, your skills have improved” Rahu nodded saintly and tucked the Mana crystals in his ring.

Soon, they arrived in front of the entrance.

“Dear Guests, please pay the entrance fees, 10 low-grade Mana crystals each”, one of the guards spoke, straight to the point.

Rahu nodded and tossed a few crystals, grabbed Vivianne’s hand, and strolled inside.

Inside one of the luxurious rooms, upon a grand throne in the centre of the room, sat a handsome youth. Before him, a youth was kneeling.

“So, Selvus, you’re saying that the new disciple has a Spirit Realm pet, huh?”

“Yes, senior brother Moyan, and that bitch was hugging his arm, I-I tried to separate them, but ended up like…this”, Selvus proclaimed, still his head on the ground.

Yes, he was the same guy Rahu had broken bones, who was almost recovered.

Above the lowest ring was a more refined section, cushion seats arranged in a semi-circle. This was the spot of established merchants, Inner court disciples and anyone with enough crystals to matter. These spots provided a bit of privacy.​

And lastly, the highest tier—VIP chambers, belonged to true powerhouses, high-ranking men and women, shadowy figures with influence that could silence the hall with a single glance.

Both Rahu and Vivianne sat in one of the VIP chambers, thanks to Vivianne’s status and a bit of money.

Currently, Vivianne was sitting on top of Rahu, occasionally shifting.

“B-Bastard! How are you so horny all the time?” Vivianne blushed. His little brother was knocking at her gate from time to time.

Rahu rolled his eyes, “Woman, please”

On the table sat a feline Karma, munching on the fruits like a deranged beggar.

“Good Evening, Everyone! I hope you’re all excited for tonight’s auction!”

A sweet voice chirped throughout the hall. There, at the heart of the hall, stood a beautiful woman who wore a stylish, revealing dress that barely held her curves together.

The lowest ring erupted in cheers and whistles.

“Marissa, you are looking lovely today!!”

“Marissa, I love you!!!”

“Marissa makes me your slave!!!”

“Marissa, you can even peg me!!!”

“Heyy, who the fuck said that?!”

Loud catcalls echoed through the halls, filling the atmosphere with raucous cheers and bubbling excitement.

“Alright, since everyone is so excited, let’s begin tonight’s auction. And a special thanks to our esteemed VIP guests for gracing this humble event”

Marissa clapped her hands in excitement and bowed.

“Alright, the first item of today’s auction is…”
