Also, he wanted to confirm something for himself, even though it might be a bit too unrealistic to be true.

“Planetary Governor Xun Lei, Citizen Level 4, this is the Rank 3 ’Martial Dao Evolutionary Path’ and is worth 1500 Merit Points as determined by the Goddess of Wisdom.”
