Jin Stratus could’ve easily rejected giving away something as precious as a Cosmic Carrier Token if he wanted to. And in that plausible scenario, there was nothing more that Stanley could’ve done.

Level 3 Citizens were heavily protected by the Goddess of Wisdom, after all. Not even he, a Rank 3 Evolver, could influence the decisions of a Citizen that high in status.
