The only thing that remained alive was Aurora, the planet left behind by the now-extinct race known as the Celestials. Aurora has gone through striking changes of its own; it is now a habitable world lush with forests, mountains, lakes, rivers, and seas—much like Earth. It is populated by its own creatures, similar to those of prehistoric Earth. Creatures from the era of dinosaurs live alongside fantasy beings like Minotaurs and others.

There are significant differences now: three country-level cities have risen up across three of the planet’s five continents. With Aurora being a planet eight times larger than Earth, each of its continents is almost as big as Earth itself!

Each city was almost a hundred kilometers in diameter from one point to another, surrounded by walls hundreds of meters high and packed with weapons of different kinds. These were necessary to fight against Monster Tides! Indeed, Aurora, being full of different kinds of monsters, has already faced two Beast Tides in just a month or so. To defend against these beasts, steep measures were required.

Because of this, the City Governor and the forces stationed there continuously cleared and patrolled a 300-kilometer protective region around the cities. They focused on clearing out the most dangerous beasts—those ranked Grandmasterand Paragon—while leaving the rest as they were.

Each city was bustling with billions of people, and international spaceports saw a continuous flow of different kinds of ships, both big and small. A similar scene, but on an even larger scale, was happening at the thousand-kilometer-diameter space station located not far from planet Aurora itself.

Not far from Aurora, passing through multiple lush worlds that weren’t there before, stood one enormous planet—almost three to four times bigger than Aurora itself!

This planet lit up the void with a greenish-blue tint. This massive world was 60 percent water, while the rest was a landmass covered in enormous forests and similarly enormous mountains.

It consisted of five giant continents: one was a region completely covered in white frost;

another was teeming with countless trees and green lands;

a third was made entirely of mountains;

a fourth was a region of plains filled with many lakes and floating islands.

The last and biggest continent, located at the centre of them all, shared the traits of the others and was more magical and beautiful than the rest.

Within the Central Continent, the central zone was bordered by forest to the North, East, and West, and by white mountains to the South, East, and West as well. Between them was an empty range of plains filled with many large and small floating islands.

On one of the biggest floating islands stood an ancient yet magically futuristic grand castle; though it looked ancient, one could tell it was completely new. Below that floating island was a large city—though currently empty—that was several times larger than the cities on the planet Aurora itself!

Within the castle’s inner garden, in a quiet tea area, one could see Adrain sitting in casual clothes. He was sipping tea from a jade cup while looking at the breathtaking view before his eyes, listening to the reports of the Red Empress. She told him of the progress made since he started working on his Project—a Project he was now sitting right on top of!

Hearing her talk about the progress made across the entire Sol Region—with the defensive forces already built and prepared, the sub-battle groups and battle groups patrolling the star systems, and the division of the zones—he was impressed. He was astounded, but not entirely surprised; he knew how capable the Red Empress was and could expect nothing less from her.

As for the other two worlds, one was a Quasi-Tier 7 world, while the other was a proper Tier 7 world. Both were Kallus’s own creations, for he deemed the Regal Star System the heart of his Empire—an Empire that was still being formed. The foundation was nearly complete; all that remained was for the Capital World and the Imperial City to be built.

He finally had his own true domain, under his control alone, with people who believed in him and saw him as their ruler. With a vast region and a loyal population, Kallus was truly set to raise his Empire—with only the Capital World and Imperial City left to finish.

Even though the System Store-purchased planets were massive and suitable for being a capital world, they still didn’t satisfy his vision. He wanted something different—something of his own and personal.

Driven by that intent, he used the last of his money—about 60 trillion System Points—to purchase various heavenly and earthly treasures: Cosmic Essences of Earth, Metal, Air, Water, Fire, and Law Seeds, along with Heavenly Authority. He bought them not once, but twice, which cost him double.

He wasn’t confident he could succeed at once with what he was about to do. After all, he had never tried this before, so he lacked the confidence that he would succeed on the first try. He would have purchased even more of them if he had the money, but being Celestial-grade materials, their cost was extremely high. He couldn’t afford more, so two sets it was.

Using these Celestial-grade Cosmic Essences and his unique “God of Creation” ability for the first time, he worked extremely hard for six straight days. He created a world he named Celestera.

It became a Quasi-Tier 7 world because he wasn’t able to perfectly fuse the treasures under his Creation Qi, resulting in a “failure” by his standards. But learning from his mistakes, after laboring for another 14 days, he succeeded in creating a true Tier 7 world—a massive behemoth that was exactly what he had envisioned.

He named it the Celestial Void World, and it was this very world that he was now sitting upon.

Thinking about it, he couldn’t help but sigh internally. What a troublesome thought this was… But now, looking at the Celestial Void World, its beauty, and how stable and perfect its laws were, he knew it was worth it.

“Now I have a perfect world that I am satisfied with, and with the Imperial City and Imperial Castle already prepared, I think I can soon form my Empire!” A smile spread across his face just thinking about it. He became excited, though he quickly controlled his emotions.

“As for the Elven world and the eight other human worlds throughout the eight different systems in the Outer Zones, they have already been completely assimilated into our Empire. This has boosted our overall population from just above ten billion to upwards of 52 billion! All of it was achieved because of the Universal Domain,” the Red Empress said, looking at Kallus’s neutral face with a smile.

“Didn’t that happen ten days ago?” Kallus added with a bit of confusion. He didn’t understand why she was bringing it up now.

“Indeed! But at that time, other than the younger generation from those worlds, the older generation hadn’t been touched yet. Now, even they have been completely assimilated to our side—and they are loyal to us!” the Red Empress explained with a shake of her head.

“Oh! Great,” Kallus said.
