Chapter 27: Jealous or Wet???

“Pull harder, you idiots!” Kenji shouted at his teammates.

But it seemed like the more they tried, the stronger Akira’s side became.

His teammates were feeding off his energy, and his newfound confidence was radiating outward like an invisible force. Even the guys who’d barely tried before were suddenly pulling with everything they had, motivated by something they couldn’t quite name.

Akira felt his Aura of Power pulsing, subtly but effectively.

“Come on!” one of his teammates shouted. “We’ve got this!”

“Yesterday,” he murmured, leaning closer until his breath ghosted over her ear. “When you came to my room and saw… everything. What did you really think?”

Her face went bright red. “I… I don’t… that’s not…”

“Be honest.” He held her gaze, adding just a touch of commanding presence to his tone. “What was on your mind when you saw Mia and knew what happened between us… did it make you jealous? Or did it make you wet?”
