“But it’s in a place where people are really strong” He replied to this as he wanted Usopp to take this as a warning in order to let him know that it’s definitely not a safe place

Hearing that made all the excitement on Usopp’s face went like in an instant as he couldn’t help but imagine if he goes then what would happen to him

“Haha…I am… also s-strong you k-know” Usopp replied this with a shuddering tone as he lied about this as he was really scared by Yoriichi

And even without his Abilities Yoriichi can easily tell he is lying but he dont really point that out since there is no one better than yourself to know whether you are lying or not

“Ca-can you ta-take me to elbaph? Aft-afer all I can pr-protect you to-too” Usopp said this with a shuddering tone as he thought of this possibility
