He knows this presence is a zombie only since he can’t sense any life in that presence as he takes his blade in his hand and gets ready for battle which can begin

“Wait here,” Yoriichi said to Robin who was following him since he wanted her to wait for her to not let Robin get caught in the battle

Since Yoriichi thinks that this battle might be tougher than his previous battles

Hearing his words, Robin immediately stopped her steps since she understood that there was danger ahead which is why Yoriichi was stopping her

Yoriichi walked forward and looked up as he saw the zombie who was looking down at him, with that one glance Yoriichi was immediately able to tell that this zombie was totally in a different league than all the zombies he faced previously

Yoriichi takes a stance and gets ready since he knows that the zombie is about to attack him

Yoriichi was right as the zombie took his blade from his sheathe meanwhile Yoriichi stared at him which gave him a better look at this zombie

This zombie is of human average height. He has several bandages covering part of his skull face, which has no eyes and no nose and wears a samurai gi with intricate designs

He is wearing a geta, as well as a blue stomach band with a swirling design.

Zombie’s mouth is partially covered by the blue scarf he wears, he has white hair, and he has his blade strapped to his right hip

Zombie gets ready as he takes out the sword from his sheathe and takes the stance to attack

‘..That sword…’ Yoriichi couldn’t help but inwardly say this after getting a good look at the blade of his sword

Yoriichi is immediately able to tell that the blade isn’t normal at all, if he is explained then the zombie blade is special similar to his own

Zombie took a step forward and started falling towards Horiuchi while she swung his sword towards him

Yoriichi had already seen through it as he raised his sword to block the attack from the zombie

‘as expected’ Yoriichi said this in his mind as what he thought was true and felt that this zombie’s strength and skill were on another compared to other mindless zombies
