“Second floor: Equipment hall. This is actually something you can do at first, as it involves dealings with guilds to acquire materials and smithies to forge the weapons to sell them here. Not to mention, the purchase costs will be quite high. So, instead of weapons, it is best to turn into a pet clothing store, where we can sell pet equipment, clothes, and accessories.
