She picked up a fish, weighed it, and felt it was quite substantial.

It should be enough for her to eat for several days.

Using the bone knife Rhys Blackwood had thrown by the riverside, she skillfully cleaned them and carried a few fish to go back.

She glanced at the set of toiletries placed on the riverbank and bent down to embrace them.

Watching the burning flames, Luna Sutton skewered the cleaned fish on sharpened sticks and slowly grilled them over the fire.

As they got larger, the fish started making sizzling sounds, and the aroma began to spread.

She swallowed a gulp of saliva, feeling even hungrier.

Although there were no seasonings, the fish meat was fresh, purely natural, and pollution-free, grilled until crispy and fragrant, tasting quite good indeed.

Especially Corbin Crowley and Rhys Blackwood, thus detesting the original owner, constantly causing her troubles.

Luna Sutton saw Mia approaching and didn’t need to guess to know the other’s intentions — merely to mock and belittle her.

“Luna Sutton, we all know about you feeding Corbin Crowley aphrodisiac fruit today. You’re shameless; Corbin doesn’t like you at all, and yet you resort to such disgraceful means.”

Mia looked at her, full of disdain and ridicule in her voice.
