“I can’t believe this.” Marcellus covered his face, trying to stifle a laugh. To him, I looked like a pitiful man who relied less on my upper brain and instead on my lower one.

And that was when Julius had finally lost it, choking on his own saliva as Marcellus was now in tears due to laughing.

Evelina pinched the bridge of her nose as she took her assigned seat, promptly shooing me off as she’d rather not become the center of attention in such a stupid way.

I was a bit disappointed, of course, but I couldn’t blame her; I was assigned a seat farther away after all.

And coincidentally, that seat was just beside Kevin.

“Been a while, hasn’t it?”

I replied, taking my seat.

“R-Right, can you finally teach me about how you managed to decipher the book?”
