After barely ten seconds, I found myself, along with Vyaghra, inside a tunnel.

The path in front of us led to a cross passage, while the one behind inclined upward, leading to the surface. On the ceiling, strange stones were embedded at equal distances, serving as the only source of light.

“Where are we?” I asked.

“We are underneath the city. Hide yourself behind that corner—they will be coming soon.”

I had so many questions, but seeing the usually calm Vyaghra hurrying me, I decided to hold my doubts and followed his order.

As soon as I reached the corner, the sounds of metal clanking, dragging footsteps, and thunderous cracking echoed through the tunnel, accompanied by the loud voice of a man.

I tightened my fist and took a deep breath, trying to calm myself.

“Fuck!! You made me horny,” kidnapper two murmured and announced, removing his hand from her chest, “Khekhekhe, let’s take a break!”

For the next five minutes, the thunderous sound of the whip striking flesh echoed through the tunnel. The ground turned crimson from the young man’s blood. His body, wounded beyond recognition, was barely alive, yet with each strike he pleaded, “Please, spare my wife.”

“Husband, please stop,” the young man’s wife cried, kneeling beside him.

“Huff… huff… tsk, this bastard is persistent!” kidnapper one gasped, exhausted from swinging the whip.

“I know how to put him in his place,” kidnapper two said, joining in.

A twisted smirk appeared on his face as he asked, “Have you ever defiled a pregnant woman in front of her husband?”

Kidnapper one stared at kidnapper two, and a wicked smile began to unfurl on his face. “I’ve never had that experience, but just thinking about it is making me hornier by the second.”

He grabbed the young man’s wife by the hair, pulled her closer, and murmured, “Let’s see what kind of expression that bastard makes when I defile you in front of him.”

The young man’s sclera turned crimson as he shouted in raw fury, leaping at the kidnapper, “I will kill you, monster—”
