Magnus only needed this momentary halt to quickly form a defensive formation along with his remaining eight teammates.

“I never thought the Core Disciple of the Thunderbane Sect would stoop to deceptive tricks to win the tournament,” Magnus muttered furiously.

“Huh? I deceived?” Lucifer asked, confused.

“Do not act innocent!” Magnus shouted. “There is no way you are blind when you are attacking the exact location of each of us.”

“I do not need my eyes to sense your presence. I can detect you through my other senses,” Lucifer replied calmly as he slowly clenched his fist and pulled it backward until it aligned with his torso.

“H-he is going to use that move!” Lyra exclaimed in excitement, recognizing the attack Lucifer was about to unleash. She and Ume had already moved to the terrace of the arena as soon as Lucifer stepped onto the stage to witness his battle.

Bolts of crimson lightning began materializing around Lucifer’s fist. Sensing the danger, Magnus shouted, “Stop him!”
