He then turned to look at Yuki was still paralyzed on the ground then he faced the Komodo dragon.

Then he inhaled as much air as he could, his chest swelling up like a balloon as the air around him Trembled. Heat rippling off his body like a steaming potato.

Then he exhaled.

A jet of fire roared out of his mouth, a concentrated blast of raw red magical energy that shot straight into the Komodo dragon’s face.

The creature shrieked, its skin cooking instantly as the flames clung onto it like molten lava.

The Komodo dragon staggered, thrashing around with its tail smashing into the ground, claws clawing the air. The flames burned hotter; fire magical energy crackled. Its scales curled. And its muscles finally gave out.

Seconds later, it collapsed. A blackened unrecognizable husk laying before Owen and Yuki.

Owen blinked, surprised at his own power. A tiny puff of steam leaked from his nostrils as he smiled in excitement.
