When we finally arrived at the castle after the walk back, I made the titans wait quietly in the throne room along with Tera and Tesa.

So I quickly rushed off to apologize to the fairies once more for the way they had gotten hurt by my accidental creations earlier.

My words were tumbling out in a sincere rush as I bowed my head slightly to the fairy soldiers who risked their life because of me.

Her finger rose slowly and pointed straight at the titans, glowing brighter and brighter with a swirling violet force of erasure that hummed dangerously in the air.

Damnit! And those dumb kids only stood there staring back at her blankly instead of explaining themselves or even trying to run away from the threat.

And despite my loud cry for Titania to halt everything and listen for a moment, she still released the blast without hesitation.

“Mama!!”

Grey Ivy moved in a, hmmm, slightly gross way, her body twisting and flowing as if there were no bones holding her together at all, every joint bending in ways that looked unnatural and fluid.

“Eh…?” Titania stood there looking surprised, her violet eyes locked wide on Grey Ivy, who was now slowly receding and shrinking in size until she became even shorter than the already quite short Titania.

In an instant Titania brought Grey straight into her small arms and squeezed her tightly into a warm hug, her face lighting up as she pressed her cheek against Grey’s head.

Then she turned her head toward Vaelora, still holding Grey close.

“Y-Yes… I did not know it would turn out to be a person, however,” Vaelora made a slightly complicated face, her brows furrowing as she shifted her weight from one foot to the other, “nevertheless, the energy inside her indicates otherwise when you look closely.”

“Ahaha! She’s so cute!” Titania had already turned Grey into a life-sized doll in her arms, rocking her gently from side to side with obvious delight, “And she has my nose too, look at that.”

“Hey, Benjamin, did you know about this whole situation?” Titania asked while still holding Grey close in her arms.
