“Hahaha, you don’t need to worry about it.” Kai laughed and waved his hand for a while before continuing with a serious expression.

The beast howled in pain and stumbled.

The Darkfang Wolf let out a half-formed yelp before Kai landed behind it.

Without turning around, he flicked the blood off his sword with a sharp motion.

A heartbeat later, the wolf’s body collapsed, split cleanly from belly to spine in a jagged diagonal cut.
