Kai looked at him as if looking at an idiot. “What the hell are you talking about? How am I supposed to kill it?”

The Fire Lion’s mane blazed with a dull, red-black pulse—a ring of compressed hellfire burst outward, forming into a saw-blade halo.

The tiger was cleaved in half instantly. The wildcat’s head evaporated, and the panther was severed at the waist.

“Let’s do it again,” Kai muttered.

He flicked his wrist, and six more undead beasts—two Shadow Panthers, two Glacier Tigers, a Vulcan Lynx, and the Steel-fur Cat he’d snapped earlier shot forward in a V-formation.
