Chapter 50: Gone Far
Sofia swallowed hard and spoke. “I went to take some fresh air.”
“Liar,” he hissed, crossing the room in three predatory strides. He didn’t grab her; he simply loomed over her. Damien’s nostrils flared as he leaned into the space between them, his predatory senses dialed to a lethal frequency. The scent of the rooftop air was there, yes, but underneath it was something that made the hair on the back of his neck stand up—the unmistakable, lingering musk of another Alpha.
”I… I told you,” Sofia stammered, her full hips trembling as she backed away until she hit the edge of the mahogany desk. “I felt suffocated. I needed air. I just went to the balcony at the end of the service hall.”
”Liar!” Damien roared, the sound echoing like a physical blow. He lunged forward, his hand catching her jaw, forcing her head back. His eyes roamed over her face, stopping on her mouth. Her lips were slightly swollen, the lipstick he’d seen earlier now blurred and smudged. “You’ve been kissed. I can smell him on your breath, Sofia.”
”No one kissed me!” she cried out, her eyes stinging with tears of terror. “Please, Damien, you’re hurting me.”
”Who was it?” he hissed, his grip tightening. “Was it Alexander? Did you meet that bastard on the roof? Answer me!”
Sofia clamped her mouth shut. She could feel the weight of the secret pressing against her teeth, but she wouldn’t budge. If she admitted it was Alexander, Damien wouldn’t just punish her—he would start a war. She would rather take his wrath than see more blood on her hands.
Damien let out a guttural groan of pure, unadulterated frustration. He shoved her away with a force that sent her stumbling back against the desk. “Protecting him,” he muttered. “You’re protecting your secret lover. You think he’s your savior?”
He turned his back to her, a terrifyingly calm expression settling over his features. “Fine. If you won’t tell me who touched you, I’ll simply make sure you never want to be touched by anyone ever again.”
He reached for the desk phone and punched in a short extension. “Suite 501. Now. Bring the others.”
Sofia watched him, her heart thumping against her ample chest. “What… what are you doing?”
Damien didn’t respond. He only looked away.
Ten minutes later, the heavy suite doors opened. Three men walked in, all looking like they had stepped out of a high-fashion magazine—tall, muscular, and radiating the heavy, oppressive aura of Alphas. They were Damien’s inner circle, all in their mid-twenties, heirs to the most powerful packs in the region.
”Damien, what’s the emergency?” one asked, a man with a scarred brow. “We were in the middle of a briefing.”
Damien gestured lazily toward Sofia, who was huddled by the desk. “My slave has developed a habit of wandering. She thinks she can taste other men behind my back.” He looked at them, a dark, wicked glint in his green eyes. “I’m bored of her. I thought I’d offer her to you all. You can take turns. Teach her exactly what happens to a woman who forgets her place.”
The three Alphas turned their gazes toward Sofia. Their eyes roamed over her voluptuous hips and the swell of her breasts, their expressions shifting from confusion to a dark, hungry interest.
Sofia’s blood turned to ice. She looked at Damien, shaking her head as she ran to him and fell on his knees. “Please!” she sobbed, looking up at him with wide, tear-filled eyes. “Damien, please don’t do this! I beg you… don’t let them touch me!”
Sofia cried, her grip tightening on his knees. She pressed her ample chest against his knees. “I’ll do anything! I’ll stay in the room, I’ll never look at anyone again—just please, send them away!”
”You should have thought of that,” Damien hissed, finally looking down at her. His green eyes were swirling with that terrifying, golden light.
He looked up at his friends. “Which of you wants to go first?”
”Please don’t; please, I won’t do it ever again,” Sofia pleaded, her voice cracking with terror. But Damien ignored her, his jaw set in a line of pure fury. He reached down, grabbed her arm, and pushed her toward Alpha Elliot.
Elliot caught her easily, his large hands sinking into her soft waist as he pressed her against his chest. “A soft and tender body, just the way I like it,” he moaned, leaning down to sniff the crook of her neck.
”Get away from me!” Sofia yelled, a spark of desperation giving her the strength to shove herself out of Elliot’s grip. She tried rushing back to Damien, seeking the safety of the man who was currently her greatest threat, but Alpha Austin was faster. He grabbed her by her waist, hauling her back against him. He tilted his head and licked her ear with a wet, rough tongue.
”Tastes delicious,” Austin moaned, his hand sliding up to the swell of her heavy breasts.
”Stay away from me!” she cried, but against the strength of an Alpha, her struggle was useless.
Damien groaned softly as he walked to the empty couch and sat down, pouring himself a glass of amber liquid. He watched through narrowed eyes as Alpha Lin stepped forward, his expression serious.
”I hope you won’t have a change of heart?” Lin asked, staring directly at Damien.
”Of course, she is all yours,” Damien spoke up with a frown.
Sofia looked at Damien, seeing the cold, golden fire in his eyes—the promise of a much worse punishment if she embarrassed him further. She swallowed nervously, her full chest heaving.
”Strip!” Alpha Lin ordered suddenly, his voice sharp with annoyance.
”Wh… a… t…” Sofia stammered, her face turning pale.
”Take off your clothes,” Lin repeated.
Sofia looked at Damien, wanting him to say stop… to say this trick was over, but the look he gave her told her he had made up his mind.
Slowly, her fingers trembling, Sofia reached for the zipper of her maid uniform. She let the stiff fabric fall to the floor, leaving her standing in only a matching set of black lace underwear that hugged her ample hips and rounded thighs.
”Fuck!” the Alphas exclaimed in unison.
”Perfect body,” Alpha Lin moaned.
Alpha Elliot reached into a drawer, tossing a pair of metal cuffs and a cloth onto the floor. Sofia was surprised she didn’t know such things were here.
”What’s your safe word?” he asked, stepping closer to her. When she didn’t answer, Damien spoke up from the couch. “She is new to this.”
”Wow, I love newbies,” Elliot groaned. He grabbed her wrists, clicking the cuffs shut, and pushed her down. “Kneel.”
Sofia fell to her knees, the hard floor biting into her soft skin. Austin loosened his belt, while Elliot blindfolded her, plunging her into darkness.
”What are you doing?” she shrieked as a sharp smack echoed through the room. Elliot had spanked her full, rounded ass, leaving a red handprint.
Austin knelt before her, unclasping her bra. Her heavy breasts spilled out, her nipples hardening in the cool air. Both Alphas leaned in, each taking a breast into their mouth, sucking roughly.
Damien felt his heart clench in a sudden, sharp pain. He watched Elliot’s hand move down to the waistband of her panties, ready to yank them off.
Suddenly, Sofia let out a broken sob. She twisted with a strength born of pure panic, freeing herself from their grip. She scrambled across the floor, blindfolded and bound, and collapsed against Damien’s legs.
”Please, I won’t be able to survive it,” she begged, squeezing herself against him, her naked breasts pressing into his knees.
Damien’s wolf roared in his head, the possessive rage finally drowning out his spite. He stopped Elliot with a sharp gesture of his hand. He reached down, untying the blindfold to see her sea-blue eyes red and soaked with tears.
”Shit! What have I done?” he grumbled to himself, the regret hitting him like a physical blow.
”Please know that I will never play you for a fool,” Sofia begged.
”What is going on here?” Austin asked in anger.
Damien ignored them. He took the cuffs off her wrists and stood up. Sofia immediately clung to him. He swept her up in his arms, her full legs wrapping around his waist. He grabbed her clothes and looked at the Alphas.
”Sorry, guys, this is where we end…”
Before they could protest, he turned and carried her into the private bedroom, kicking the door shut. He sat her on the bed and wrapped a heavy blanket around her curvy frame. But Sofia didn’t move. She sat like a statue, her eyes dead and lost in thought.
”Sofia,” he called, shaking her gently. No response. “Shit!” he grumbled in fear, realizing he had pushed her too far.
