Alex reacted as quickly as he could but he couldn’t escape the attack as her fist ended up hitting him, but this time it didn’t send him flying but he stumbled backward and lost composure and balance.

Bridget didn’t give him a chance to regain balance before charging towards him, Alex stopped and raised his fists up but before he could do anything another punch hit his face and raised him off his feet.

Alex was sent flying and he crashed into the wall, Bridget didn’t use a shockwave attack, Alex was close to the wall and lost balance so it was easy for Bridget to send him flying.

“You have no fighting experience, you think this is Nova Online” Bridget shouted as she walked towards Alex.

“It seems like Nova Online to me,” Alex said as blood dripped out from his lips.

“Really, then let’s say half of your HP is gone from that attack, only two attacks left, I’ll let you get back on your feet” Bridget smiled.

“I didn’t know you were this generous, remember when you wanted to have sex with me,” Alex said as he stood up.

Bridget took a deep breath and walked forward this time, Alex raised his fists up and also moved toward her. Now he was weary of her foot as well as her fists so he wasn’t going to fall for her distractions again.

Once both of them were in range Bridget swung her fist toward his face, Alex quickly used both of his hands as shields and blocked the attack, immediately she threw a punch but Bridget already retreated.

‘I can’t defeat her like this’ Alex mumbled as his eyes swept through the room and landed on something.

A smile formed on Alex’s face as he thought of something new, he adjusted his movement and moved sideways, Bridget did exactly the same and they were now facing opposite sides.

Bridget was sure what Alex was up to but now she was extremely careful because she knew he usually comes up with solutions when he was in dire situations.

Alex knew what he wanted to do but he didn’t want Bridget to know so he stood still and waited for an attack but Bridget also stood her ground.

“It seems you are afraid,” Alex said with a smile on his face.

“I thought you were up to something, but turns out you were just buying time” Bridget shouted as she moved forward.

“Shit…” Alex mouthed as Bridget attacked, but he quickly jumped backward and slipped as one of his feet landed on the wood from the chair he broke earlier.

Alex dropped to one knee and quickly stood up but Bridget didn’t give him time to regain composure as she attacked him again.

Alex blocked her attacks and quickly jumped backward, Bridget was still careful and approached slowly but this time Alex was the aggressor.

He dashed towards her and swung his right fist aiming at her stomach but Bridget caught his hand, Alex quickly used his left hand to strike her face this time but once again Bridget blocked the attack but something was in Alex’s left hand.

‘A stick, what does he plan to do with that’ Bridget mumbled under her breath.

Alex held a wooden stick in his left hand, he picked it up when he fell earlier and immediately Alex dropped the stick from his left hand to his right hand.

Bridget’s eyes followed the stick and she tightened the grip on Alex’s right hand so he wouldn’t be able to catch the stick but he wasn’t planning to use the stick in the first place, all he wanted was to cause a distraction.

Alex dragged Bridget close to himself and before she could realize what was going on, Alex used his head to land a powerful hit on her face.

He was going to headbutt her forehead but he missed the timing and got her face instead but it still proved effective as Bridget stumbled backwards.

Alex groaned in pain but he quickly grabbed Bridget and threw her towards the door, Bridget back hit the door and immediately she opened her eyes but Alex was already in midair with both of his legs aiming at her.
