As soon as they left, Heena facepalmed and looked at Secretary Chen. “Can you NOT do something that creates scandalous rumors?!”

Secretary Chen looked at her with exaggerated hurt. “Your Majesty, ’I’m’ the one who should be pitied here!”

“Oh really? How so?”

He looked at her with tears gathering in his eyes, covering his face dramatically.

“You’re married SIX times! Six! But I—I’m still a literal unmarried person! And now those duchesses think we were doing… ’something’… under your desk! What will my future wife think when she hears these rumors?! Oh God! My reputation is ruined!”

Heena looked at him and genuinely wanted to shout: ’What idiot would marry you anyway?!’

Heena walked to the side of the bed and pulled open the drawer, her eyes widening at the collection inside. It was a literal treasury of sex toys—polished steel, ridged glass, and pulsing crystal—perfectly maintained and organized .
