“Adonis Kingsbane. Demonstrate the Body Fortification technique right here, right now, in front of the class. Succeed, and you may remain. Fail, and you will be expelled from my lessons for one full month. No appeals. No second chances.”

She adjusted her round glasses with a single, deliberate finger, the gesture somehow making the air feel even colder.
