Chapter 43: Moonlight Entering Through the Window

Screw him! I doubt he would try anything with me. Even if he does, I’ll just make him unconscious with one chop over his neck!

He placed his pillow comfortably and prepared to sleep when Yun Shu suddenly chuckled.

“You plan to sleep in the corner of the bed all night?”

Bai Yunxian turned his head to look at the man’s handsome and sexy face. He raised his eyebrow. “My Lord, I think we have a fundamental problem with our communication.”

Spare me, alright? At least let me sleep soundly!

Bai Yunxian’s back stiffened, “I don’t have good sleeping habits! I might ’accidentally’ kick you out of the bed!”

The smile on Yun Shu’s face deepened as she stretched out her arms shamelessly, “Come here. You can sleep in my arms.”

Bai Yunxian was speechless.

Yun Shu looked at Bai Yunxian calmly, “You are gonna reject me? We won’t be meeting each other for quite a while.”

Bai Yunxian quietly looked up at the man.

Yun Shu’s long hair was untied and flowed like a curtain, and his handsome face still carried a smile. That person in the bronze mirror inside the room, that handsome, mischievous pretty boy, transformed into the ultimate beauty with the flowing long, black hair. But with that open window look on her chest, Yun Shu’s face looked even more tempting…

She had a great body, with long legs, a small waist, a straight back, a flat belly, and deep and clear v-lines. Her porcelain like collarbones were tender and juicy, creating clear arcs as she laid in the middle of the bed. They were even a little too seductive, making people want to leave a bite mark uncontrollably.

He had a noble and elegant appearance, befitting that of a lazy dionysus. But his words left people to indulge in their fantasies.

What should he do? The big bad wolf finally revealed its sharp teeth and claws, should he really go over?

Bai Yunxian knew that usually people would be punished for making him say one thing twice or to make him repeat his words. So he threw off all his conscience under the bed and quickly crawled over to his side.

The former Bai Yunxian without wearing artifacts was a handsome, attractive young man. However, due to the artifact’s power, he now looked like a delicate, young and teenage girl that was good to look at.

Yun Shu didn’t have the unnecessary feelings, rather, she found this male lead to be quite cute.

A clumsy execuse that could be seen through easily, however, Yun Shu didn’t say anything.

His voice was nervous and jumpy like a tense rabbit. But to her, he was just a docile, innocent little rabbit running with his life on the line.

Yun Shu smiled lightly. In the next second, she waved her hands and the few candles in the room were all put out. Only the moonlight teased them with a shallow darkness, coming inside by the window.

In the end, much to his dismay, Bai Yunxian realized that his senses were amplified in the darkness; now he became even more hyper-aware of Yun Shu’s gentle breathing tickling his head… and above all, his own heartbeat that disturbed him pretty much.

Hmph! This guy really needed to be watched closely. Otherwise, “he” would flirt with Bai Yunxian, at any time, anywhere!

’What a hypocrite!’ Bai Yunxian cursed and mocked Yun Shu in his heart, scolding her secretly.

Although his mouth had a talent for teasing people, his heartbeat gave away the truth. Not only his heart was beating against his chest very quickly, but also very loudly. How was he supposed to sleep tonight?

Although she would never admit it, at this moment, she wasn’t able to help herself to calm down completely.
