After a while, she explained.

Mar-Yue resisted the urge to let out a shocked cry before she asked.

She had no idea Little Abdu could speak, and it sent her mind swirling.

Meanwhile, Sol was closing in on the Sand King, who had an excited gleam in its eyes.

After Sol had dared to crack its scales, there was no way it was going to let him live.

It didn’t matter if those demons were watching in the sky; once it killed this human boy, it was going to escape in the sandstorm that was approaching.
