“Report back to the Capital! Move! The Multiverse of Gods is gone… it just vanished without a trace!” a Demon God screamed, his voice cracking under the weight of primal terror. He scrambled through the vacuum, trying to outrun the shimmering spatial distortions that Sunny had left in his wake.

“We can’t open a portal here, General!” another Demon God shrieked, clutching a broken obsidian spear. “The space is too unstable. If we tear a rift now, the distortions will collapse it midway. We’ll be sliced before we even see the demon realm!”

The group huddled together, their eyes darting toward their commanding officer. In the hierarchy of the Abyss, strength was the only shield.

“General, you are the most powerful among us! Your essence is dense enough to anchor a rift,” a third demon pleaded, his eyes wide with desperate flattery. “These distortions are nothing for a warrior of your caliber. You must be the one to bridge the gap to the Demonic Realm.”

The other demons quickly caught on, erupting into a chorus of sycophantic cheers.

The plan was simple, if the General died, they would at least know to try another way. If they were forced to go first, they would be already dead.

The Demon General, a towering brute with eight arms and scales like polished midnight, felt a surge of misplaced pride.

He didn’t wait for his subordinates. He turned and bolted deeper into the void, leaving his fans to scramble after him in a chaotic heap.

“That was fun while it lasted,” Sunny sighed, his voice echoing in the vast emptiness.

Now, he was alone in the deep void. To interact with the world inside him, he would have to rely on one of his clones.

With a wave of his hand, fifteen of his Soul Clones manifested around him. They glowed with their respective cosmic hues, War, Logic, Life, and Space. A sixteenth clone remained within his core, acting as the bridge between his vast internal world and the external reality.

“I don’t need to give you detailed orders,” Sunny said to the assembly of his own souls. “You are me. You know the stakes. Our only goal now is the Great Harvest. Scour every corner of this bubble. Find the hidden Gods, the forgotten multiverses, and the drifting survivors. Capture them.”

The clones nodded in unison, a silent, eerie choreography of a single mind in sixteen bodies, and vanished in fifteen different directions, streaks of light cutting through the darkness like the fingers of a reaching hand.

“A century?” Sunny laughed, a weary sound. “I wish I could say the time passed quickly, Thea. But between the Dream World and this harvest, I feel like I’ve aged a thousand years in the span of a single afternoon.”

He paused, his eyes glowing with a sharp, golden light. It was time to analyze the prize he had won from the confrontation with Belial.

During the fight, Sunny had used his God’s Eye to peer through the Lord’s deceptions.

“If this entity is powerful enough to manipulate seven Demon Lords for eons,” Sunny thought, “then Lom isn’t just a rogue god. He surely have some purpose…. And an identity…. Similar to me.”

The game board hadn’t just changed; it had been flipped. If the Demon Lords interrogated Lom under Belial’s Truth, they might learn about their own manipulated history.

But they might also be unified under a new, even more dangerous purpose by their original Creator.

“This is becoming a mess,” Sunny growled. “The Demon Lords, armed with the brain of Lom and the direct backing of a Nihilium-tier entity… they could really destroy this bubble.”

He looked at the empty space where his empire used to be. He needed more multiverse. He needed it now.

“Thea!” Sunny barked. “Abort all current operations within the Demonic Realm. Withdraw every apostle immediately. Bring back your particles and seal every portal leading to the demonic realm. That realm can never be ours, atleast not right now.”

Sunny turned his gaze toward the far reaches of the bubble, toward a direction his clones hadn’t yet touched. It was a place where the stars were old and the silence was heavy.

“I need a hundred more multiverses,” Sunny whispered, his body beginning to glow with the light of a thousand suns. “And I don’t care who I have to take them from.”
