Luke told his mother to rest before making his way out of the room. She didn’t stop him, as her mind was occupied with worry for Laila.

She didn’t ask Luke to help either. Monica was aware of the tension between the siblings. In fact, everyone in the house, including Gustav, had treated Luke unfairly. But Lex and Laila had been the worst.

So, she kept her thoughts to herself and let Luke decide what needed to be done.

“If you feel sleepy, sleep without me, okay?” Luke said from the doorway before stepping out and closing the door behind him.

With a quiet sigh, he headed toward the dining hall, only to find no sign of Laila.

Luke nodded. “Alright. Come with me.”

Laila froze for a moment, clearly caught off guard by how quickly he agreed. Without a word, she rose to her feet and followed him inside the house.

With everyone already in their rooms, the main hall was empty. No one noticed Luke entering Laila’s room.

Without a word, Luke inserted the needle into Caleb’s arm, drawing a pained groan from him as the fluid was pushed into his system.

Once it was done, Luke pulled the needle out, discarded the syringe, and straightened up.

“Ah…” Caleb’s brows elevated. Then everything tilted.

The room didn’t spin. It shifted. The edges of his vision softened, like the world was being dipped in water.

Sounds stretched and dulled. Laila’s voice, Luke’s presence, even his own ragged breathing felt distant, as if they were happening a few steps away from him instead of inside his own body.

Luke grinned at the display, before he turned to his dear elder sister.

Laila was still assessing his situation when suddenly, her hand was pulled and a pair of strong arms wrapped around body.

Luke hugged his sister from behind and slowly massaged her buns, squeezing them, teasing her nipples.

“The treatment is far from done, so if you don’t want me to stop, how about you go down and serve me, Laila?” He asked sweetly, his already half hard cock rubbing against her butt.
