Now it was time for the battle between the S classes to determine who will be called the no.1 of the freshman the APEX

On the first matchups it was going to be: Finn vs Drake von Arkins

In the arena the two young male teens faced off against each other, their auras charged with electricity and air. Finn was a teen boy with spiky black hair, and wielded lightning with precision, his eyes flashing with electric intensity.

Drake stumbled back, momentarily disoriented and Finn seized the opportunity to strike. A bolt of lightning shit forth but Drake managed to dodge at the last second.

As the dust storm began to settle, Drake spotted an opening and unleashed a concentrated blast of wind that sent Finn flying across the arena. Finn landed hard, his lightning momentarily disrupted.

Drake took the advantage of the opening and pinned Finn to the ground with a powerful gust of wind, Finn struggled to break free but Drake’s wind held him fast and forced him to concede the match.

The whole arena erupted and it was a win for the nobles, Drake von Arkins was the victor. Drake basked in his glory but his chest was heaving with exertion.

The winner of this match was Drake von Arkins and now it was time for the next matchups.

The match match was Duke von Celestine vs Ivy

They both marched to the arena as their auras began to crackle with elemental energy.

Duke was a seasoned fighter and wielded the power of water with precision just like his twin sister Selena, his movements were fluid and controlled.

Across him stood Ivy, a young woman with hair as red as the flames she commanded and her eyes blazing with determination.

The battle began and Duke summoned a massive wave that crashed done on ivy, but she was quick conjuring a wall fo flames that incinerated the wave before it could even reach her.

Ivy retaliated with a blast of fire that shot towards Duke, but he dodged it with ease using his water affinity to create a mist that obscured his movements.

Drake countered with a torrent of water that threatened to engulf Ivy, but she leapt into the air using her flames to propel herself above the deluge.

As she landed, she unleashed of wave of fire that scorched the ground, forcing Duke to leap out of the way.

They both exchanged blows, Drake’s water was extinguishing Ivy’s flames, Ivy’s fire vaporized Drake’s water attacks. The battle raged on, each of them not giving each other time to rest.

Ivy’s flames danced across the arena casting flickering shadows on the walls, Drake’s water responded forming whirlpools and waves that crashed against the stone.

The two elements clashed, fire and water locked in a struggle for dominance, Ivy then suddenly got an idea. She used her flames to heat up the water, creating a massive cloud of steam that obscured the arena. Drake stumbled back, momentarily blinded by the steam, Ivy seized the opportunity unleashing a blast of fire that threatened to strike Drake with precision.

Drake however smirked, a water bubble formed around his body nullifying the flames, he used that opportunity to launch his own attack the water bubbled turned into small droplets that rained on ivy like a storm

Ivy however waved her hand through the air summoning a wall of flames that vaporized the water droplets, this created steam that clouded the vision for a moment.

Drake capitalized on this situation he decided to use his trump, an orb made of light manifested on his palm as it shot forward quickly passing through the mist

Ivy was caught off guard not expecting Duke to have a second affinity, she tried to conjure flames to block that the light beam passed through the flames striking her square on her chest.

She coughed up air as she was sent tumbling out the arena slamming on the walls completely knocking her out, Duke raised his visit in triumph as he walked out the arena and headed back towards the stands with a grin on his face.
